Pros:

Neighborhood is very dirty, I felt unsafe the entire time. Some way, somehow, both of our vehicles and other guests staying at the same hotel vehicles were FILLED with red ants!!!! It took so long trying to get as much of them as we could out

I wish I could leave a review based on customer service alone because the customer service was superb! However, this is a bug motel. If you like dust and bugs, this is the place. Dirty sheets and pillow cases. Bugs everywhere. Cracks in the wall and bathroom. Spiderwebs in the shower. We will not stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

Pros: nice pool, great water pressure, lots of lights and ways to charge devices
Cons: stained sheets and bathmat that were not replaced when requested, burn holes in comforter not replaced as requested, weird refrigerator that either froze everything or melted everything.

Was very clean, all remodeled, staff was friendly and accommodating. We got in a few hours after we said we would show and they had no issues, even upgraded our room. Pool was clean and hotel had adequate parking. 👍

The room was so dirty. They didn’t give any trash bins. I had 1 towel schedule for 4 people… had to go down and get them myself since they didn’t respond to the text. Jason at the front desk was super nice tho. Only plus side

The room itself it’s spacious and has everything, but the room was dirty, bed sheets had makeup stains, and you could tell room had not been cleaned, there was like dogs hair on the bed and really dusty everywhere
