Quiet, very clean, comfortable, excellent room amenities.
Pros:

Great location in reference to river street.

Cons:

More accommodating for a ground level room, seems only double beds are ground level rooms.

I didnt like my room opened to the outside. There were kids also the last night we were there knocking on doors at 430 am
