Pleasant and did the job
Pros:

15 minutes walk to the center of San Juan Capistrano. Reasonably good breakfast and very pleasant and helpful staff at reception.

I would stay at the Best Western again! Staff was very good and location is great!
Pros:

The staff was very accomodating in changing our room from a noisy room on the exit ramp of the highway to a quiet room in the back! The room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location is central to everything in San Juan Capistrano. The grounds are lovely.

Cons:

The hotel is located right off the exit ramp of a major highway which made getting in and out of the parking lot challenging at times. Also the rooms facing the highway were very noisy so we asked to change and they did very nicely.

This was the best Best Western we've ever experienced. Will go back and stay longer.
Pros:

Room and view were wonderful, breakfast was the BEST, and everyone was very friendly. I felt valued as a guest.

Great hotel to explore the area between Laguna Beach and San Diego
Pros:

Superb middle range hotel with good rooms, parking, pool, locations. Rooms facing the pool are not disturbed by motorway noise.

Feliz en una excelente ciudad
