Beds were comfy but staff should have ensured after we complained that the other guests were quieter
Cons:

People next door were VERY noisy way past midnight yelling and making tons of noise like a party. Little kid loud and parents talking very loud . We complained and staff told them to be quiet but it continued for a couple hours we had to b up early and we came so mybson who was in basic training could rest and recuperate before he had to get on early flight to his next assignment.

Pros:

Cleanliness of hotel, breakfast and coffee was a welcomed bonus, convenient ice machine and laundry on each floor was amazing.

Cons:

Called for a shuttle from the airport and was left on hold for more than 10 minutes. I hung up and took an Uber. I needed quarters to do laundry. I asked and was rudely told "I only have 5 quarters in my drawer so I dint know what to tell you" I've worked in the hotel industry for more than 20 years (everything from the front desk, accounting to the corporate office) Most of the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and amenities were appreciated.
