Great place to stay while visiting the Lowell Observatory.
Pros:

Pros:

Location, decor, breakfast was awesome. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Room dark and outdated. Awkward moving in room when entrance door was imposing on room space. Bed not comfortable.

Old school cool with modern amenities
Pros:

We were taking a Best Western themed road trip and this didn't disappoint. This one has been thoughtfully updated without ruining the mid-century architecture and vibe.
Our king suite was two rooms reconfigured to include a sleeper sofa in a "living room" with a second TV and full bath. Loved that they kept the vintage tile. How refreshing to go somewhere that recognizes the cool class of vintage eras.
Free breakfast was included and was in a separate building that was probably a former restaurant. It was spacious and pleasant. There's also an indoor pool.

The noise from traffic (vehicles) and the train. Parking was congested, someone starched my door with their door.

Bekki is amazing!!!
Pros:

Bekki at the front desk is AMAZING!!! She was so polite and helpful from the very moment I entered the lobby to inquire about the family suite to stay for the night. We unfortunately couldn’t stay as we were planning because it sold out fast, but I do recommend this hotel because of the great customer service I received from her and I wasn’t even a guest! I hope to be back one day :) thank you so much from the bottom of my heart Bekki! <3

Convenient location near the interstate with EV chargers.
Pros:

The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the EV charger was welcome!

Cons:

No lobby bathroom. Amusingly right after I asked during check-in, another visitor came in looking for a bathroom.
