Avoid for a while
Pros:

Under construction for the World Cup apparently- but they aren’t going to be anywhere near ready. Probably was a jewel at one time but it is awful right now. We could not shower due to no water pressure - it was loud, dusty, and we wasted a good trip.

Pros:

location was close to venue, noise was a little disruptive when we arrived. We woke late and missed breakfast. We will stay again when another concert comes up.

Wait until they finish renovations to stay here. Felt like staying in a construction zone.
Pros:

Pros:

Wonderful place to stay! Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Special tip in the room, plus the tub and shower in the bathroom. Very luxurious! KC Streetcar goes right past the front entrance so you can board it , like 50 feet from the front entrance and go anywhere downtown! It was great! Free parking in back of the hotel if you have a car. Free continental breakfast. Staff was always very nice and helpful with any questions or directions. They were doing construction on some of the rooms but I enjoyed everything!

Location had me choose this place. Would look elsewhere next time we are in KC.
Pros:

Gentleman at the desk was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom door would not close or latch. Toilet did not have enough power/pressure to flush without holding the handle down. Parking lot was all closed up with no signs of direction. It had broken glass in several stalls. The lobby had random people in it who appeared to be sleeping or homeless.

Decent place to stay, good for the price and the location was great.
Pros:

Location was decent, service was excellent, check in was easy. The room was pretty clean where it mattered.

Cons:

The room had large dust wads on the furniture and wasn't as good looking as in the advertised photos. TV flickered every 5-10 mins or so.

Would not go back
Cons:

The hotel is still under construction like the elevator and the 4 floor is still being built.
We had check out at 11am but at 8am they were working with circular saws above our room building and house cleaning people came to our room at like 9 o’clock and woke us up.. like excuse me. Just weird.
