I would probably stay there again if I was in the area.
Pros:

The location was very good. We were able to walk to all of the attractions. The rooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Would have liked to have had a mini fridge in the room.
Was really unhappy with the $40 charge to park overnight. We found a place a block away. They charge $10 a night.
Also, the bar and restaurant was not open for two nights that we were there. They are only open certain days.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds, and exceptional service from Mary!
Staff was OK, but one member exceeded our expectations. Mary was very helpful. On our last night, the AC broke down and we weren't able to sleep. Mary handled the entire situation with utmost professionalism and was incredibly pleasant to deal with.

Cons:

The first room was basic. We didn't expect much. But they didn't even have hooks or bars for towels. We stayed 4 nights and at the end upgraded to a better room and really liked it, except AC failed, but it was resolved.

Beautiful hotel with amazing breakfast, pet friendly with great location
Pros:

Hotel is falling apart and the neighborhood seems very unsafe.
Cons:

Door doesnt latch or lock securely. Paper/plastic covering rust and mold in walls and ceilings in halls and walls. Carpet is damp. Wood is rotted out.

Pros:

Ojo, si no dices que te hagan las habitación no te las harán, y te pondrán el letrero en la puerta de no molestar como si lo hubieses puesto tu. La sala de estar contigua a la recepción no la abren a menos que haya un evento y ni siquiera para ver un partido del mundial... en teoría es el piso anfitrión. El olor de humedad y moqueta vieja sin limpiar es horroroso. Intentan poner exageradamente un ambientador por los pasillos para intentar disimular el olor a humedad y suciedad pero no sirve de nada. Por suerte nos toco una habitación que quedaba en frente de un patio al aire libre. La habitación por dentro no está tan mal, el baño lo han reformado y se ve nuevo.

Have stayed before and definitely will be back
Pros:

Location being close to everything without paying on strip prices. 10 minute walk to tourist area Clifton hill and 10 minute walk to the falls. Around the corner from some great restaurants

Cons:

Hallways do not have ac so can feel stagnant but gone once you enter rooms

Good location. Fun pool. NO MINI FRIDGE.
Pros:

Vibe was nice. Pool fun for the kids. Rooms comfortable and clean. No issues whatsoever with the hotel itself. Good location and walkable to downtown Niagara Falls. Good price for the location considering some of the other prices around.

Cons:

Service at restaurant was bad. Only major negative was no mini fridge in the room. Had to go get ice and then fill the sink with ice and it was a pain in the neck. Please put mini fridges in the rooms asap.

Pros:

Love the location and price. Staff was very friendly rooms were very clean.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasnt the greatest. Old and noisy would start cooling for a bit and then turn off and get very hot.
Spent the night waking up to throw the blankets off and then later to put them back on...repeat...and very loud in every rattle from shut down to start up
Hear every noise through the night
