Great location to see the falls.
The location was great and the staff were kind and welcoming
The room felt a little dated, especially the carpet. A bare floor would look much fresher, and I think it would feel more hygienic too, since older carpets in hotels are hard to keep truly clean.. For a hotel that describes itself as boutique, a light refresh would really help, since antique furniture alone isn’t quite enough to give the rooms that boutique feel.
Price and location.
The cost of parking was $45 (about 2/3 of the price of the room) when parking across the street was $10. The remote didn’t work. We could watch any sporting events because of the lack of channels. The instructions for accessing the room and parking were bad. The door to our room kept rattling through the night. The door not disturb sign kept falling off the door. The room air conditioner would not go below 74 degrees so it was a hot night.

The place is very beautiful but is in serious need of repairs which I believe they are working on. Our room was great and they allowed our dogs to come with us.
The place was in various stages of renovation. It was hard to get to our room, there were no close doors and stairs no matter what way we went to get to our room. There was a beautiful patio with chair swings and little cabins but they were all locked up and, again, I think they needed to be cleaned and repaired. It is not clear in the information on the hotel that they charge a pretty hefty fee for pets and parking is not included. The price we paid for having our two dogs and having to park on the premise was almost as much as what we paid for the room!

Das Parken ist allerdings auf dem unmittelbar daneben liegenden Parkplatz deutlich günstiger
Tolle Empfehlung der Rezeption: um 22 Uhr ist das Feuerwerk an den Fälle.
Nur 10 Minuten Fußmarsch entfert!
