Great location, superb staff ... front desk, dining room, etc.
Old building ambiance/ decor.
Price for parking was outrageous especially when all day parking was $10.00. No security was offered for your $45 fee.No handicap access to our room.
10/10! This was easily my favorite part of the trip. The food was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The fresh eggs and French press coffee were standout touches. The vintage décor creates a charming atmosphere, while the courtyard and outdoor seating areas are perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The falls are only a short walk away, making the location even better. Excellent food, wonderful service, and a memorable experience all around.
I was expecting a room like the picture. With more places to store our things but we made due!

Housekeeping used some sort of highly scented product in the hallway. Made it difficult to be in the building

I hated the property. The property is very outdated. The pictures are very misleading. The rooms do not look like the pictures at all. The hotel is very dark and old. I had bugs in my bed. I moved to another room I itched my entire visit. They did nothing to compensate the issue or even apologize to me. I had to move all my things in the middle of the night.

The room smelled fusty, the sliding door was bolted shut, so very poor ventilation. It was difficult to breathe the room air until the air conditioning had been on for some time.

Room decor dated
The hotel was a beautiful hotel for the price. We enjoyed the location as it was just a block or two over from all the action but was still close enough to walk! It was frustrating that they charged $39.99 a day for parking at the lot was never full and many hotels charge for that based on limited spots.
The pool wasn't heated the first day that we were there and we found that odd. Our A/C wasn't working and we didn't find that out until late at night so we suffered through but we couldn't even crack out windows a little to help and that was rough - the hotel fixed it right away the next day though when we reported it.
