Easy walking distance from EVERYTHING. The building has a lot of character, and is not a bland chain operation like a Marriott or Holiday Inn. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant very good.
We were there in the off-season. I would have like the bar to have stayed open later, but it was the off-season so it was understandable that there were limited hours. Our room was overlooking the swimming pool, so there was some ambient humidity in there. Most of the rooms aren't overlooking the pool though. I think we were just assigned a room close to the reception because the hotel was below capacity on the off-season.
I loved the ambiance, cleanliness, attention to detail, friendly staff, amazing food.
If I had to say anything it would be that there are no balconies
We got unauthorized charges that we had to complaint about, be aware future people
Location, price.
Hidden costs like parking. Restaurant overcharged me and I didn't notice until we left. Staff were pushing paying for more. Little shop attached has outrageous prices, 70% more than the store around the corner on the street.
The look was unique which was the reason we picked this hotel.
The hallway was absolutely freezing outside our room. Our room was freezing. The tv did not work. The lady at the front couldn’t help with other parking options knowing they charge for it and people probably ask all the time. No one addressed tv not working when let them know and just said they’d have someone look at it which was too late when we noticed as we went out for the evening. Used elevator to get to second floor but we had to take stairs back down to get to our room on the second floor which made no sense. If someone is handicap they would not be able to get to their room.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We love that they are pet friendly.
The room wasn't cleaned properly. The hotel definitely needs some TLC. The door which connects our block of rooms to the main lobby would slam very hard and could be heard each time in our room and would make our door rattle and kept us up.
I was completely taken by this beautiful property and definitely plan on staying again in the near future. I love the small details all over the property that make it unique.
Everything was perfect!
Beautiful Hotel. Warm and friendly staff.
I love the decor and wood in the lobby. The online check in is very convenient.. The wood backboard on the beds is so beautiful. I personally like the roku streaming for tv. Staff was so friendly and happy. We felt welcomed. I dud not use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing
Hallways were kind of dingy, and had to pay for parking.
