The breakfast was excellent. Loved the decor. Very quaint. Staff were very helpful and very friendly.
Parking was not included with the hotel stay. It was very expensive so we choose to find parking in another location.
Everything
Nothing
Had a “courtyard” view room, which was looking at a bunch of sheds, once you left the main hotel to our room we were completely locked out. We had to walk down some rickety stairs at the back of the hotel and walk around to the front of the building to get back in! Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention the $40 parking fee, the lot was literally right on the grounds. We were told that’s normal for Niagara Falls, I guess just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Not worth the money spent at all. Very disappointing
Everything
Loved how close the hotel was to the casino and restaurants. I loved how quiet it was and loved how comfortable the beds were! Plus, easy access to the cafe! ❤️🥰❤️ Loved how cozy it felt inside the hotel!
Wish the coffee machines were different in the rooms we stayed at. But I'm still glad about the cafe inside! 🙂❤️
Staff were amazing! All smiling and happy. The on-site restaurant is fantastic, with excellent food and service. The "secret" speakeasy was super cool! The location was walkable for my sister and I to most attractions, our Mom who is not so mobile preferred to be driven as most things were too far for her. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
Silly things like only allowing 2 robes in the room for a room that was booked for 3, and having to go get our own water. Nothing that would stop us from booking again though.
Bad pillows, very hard
On a adoré!!!
ambiance was nice, the front staff was pleasant and engaging.
it was in a quieter part of the strip so very easy resting. The restaurant looked nice however I didn't get a chance to eat there.
parking cost since the room cost was low, the expected parking cost was to make up for the low rates.
no fridge in room, and no full length mirror. Also no towel hook.
The hotel is well situated and close to all attractions.
Clean rooms and pleasant service.
The prices in the brand restaurant are like in a 5* hotel....
Sorry, but way overpriced for beer in the can and 2 items to snack on at the bar
I loved the room.
I loved the location. It was perfect, right in the middle of everything
Nothing
It was very clean
The access doors were always locked and you could only exit but not enter at any time regardless that had said they would be accessible until 10 pm
Good clean and quiet rooms in good repair, original stone building has charm and character, pool was very clean, all staff very friendly and helpful.
Turn up the pool temp! Also, $7 to-go coffee is insane and $40 parking when literally across the street it is $20, just price-match don't gouge. Courtyard dominated by weird COVID-era bunkies they need to cut their losses on and throw out.
