Pros:

Location to where I had to go

Cons:

That they didn’t have any key cards that work to get in and out your room so when we left room we couldn’t get back in unless we go to front office to unlock it

Overall- Nice place for the money.
Pros:

Breakfast- Very good food &value. Room- Large enough- clean- comfy beds. Quiet.

Cons:

Desk person - I asked if we could move to a room by the pool/ view of the trees and plants. She says NO- We are booked
but for the 3 days we were there- the rooms by the pool were NOT occupied.! Why am I being lied to.? I asked maintenance man- Better answer. " Rooms have AC problems and / or tub / drainage issues. ' Ah. Better answer. So- From me to you- FIX the dang problems.! Don't lie. To customers. You have nice place- Clean areas- Good paint colors. But fix rooms by the pool. Thank you.

The awful musty smell of room and of urine in bathroom. The pillows even piled 3 ot 4 high were thin as sheets. Paper thin and awfully uncomfortable. In all of my hotel stays anywhere, I have never had that bad of an experience. I was all the way in the back...secluded and traveling alone and then had someone knock on my door late last night and of course I didnt answer it and when I was in the shower again this morning, I heard loud knocking around 9 to 930 am from staff wanting to clean room. Check out is 11am and this was ridiculous. I left minutes before check out time and will never be back. I frequently travel alone and am fine alone however I did not feel safe at this property.

Cons:

The smoke alarm went off at 1 am. They did move us to another room but we were not offered anything else for the inconvenience. I had to email the manager but never got a reply.

Super hotel, niet duur.
Pros:

We hebben besloten om extra nacht te blijven en ondanks dat hotel vol was personeel heeft dat extra moeite gedaan om ons in dezelfde kamer te laten slapen. Super service!!! Ik zal zeker terugkomen. Goeie zwembad, dagelijks schoongemaakt.
