The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.
We paid for a balcony room with a view but it was blocked off so there was no view at all.
Have stayed at that location before when it was another owner. Very pleased.
Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Super Unterkunft!!! Alles top!!!
The location
the location was great and in the center of everything.
floors were dirty, sheets were super thin, no mattress protector, pillows were awful, shower head was broken, mattress was ok. When I asked them about the mattress protector I was told that it is standard for LUXURY hotels. If you are paying luxury prices, luxury items should be provided. I pulled the sheets back on the bed and you could see the sweat stains from previous guests. So gross!
We hosted a room block as well as a large party in their outdoor space and loved this experience from start to finish. the team was so supportive, collaborative and the service was 10/10. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun girlie stay or an exciting brand event!
Our flight from New York was canceled due to severe weather, with no alternative flights available for four days. The Ryder Hotel refused both a refund and the option to apply the stay to a future date, forcing us to lose one night. Meanwhile, another party we were traveling with—who contacted the hotel slightly earlier—was allowed to rebook without losing any money. The inconsistency and lack of flexibility were extremely disappointing.
We had the best stay at the Ryder hotel! The vibes were perfect. Great room, service, food & drinks and pool. Our server, Miranda, was also great! Don’t miss this spot
prime location, great amenities!
beds weren’t the absolute best but fine!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at the Ryder Hotel during our weekend trip to Charleston! From check in to check out, everything went completely smooth. Our room was clean and comfortable. The whole aesthetic of the hotel is unmatched! We loved getting food and drinks at the hotel’s restaurant “The Little Palm” - our server, Miranda, was extremely kind and attentive, and was more than accommodating to us. We could not recommend this hotel and restaurant more! Can’t wait to come back again!
Enjoyed a birthday brunch with our birthday girl (13) - and the vibes are perfect, food delicious and service by Miranda and staff were the cherry on top! Will be back!

My fiancé and I stayed at the Ryder Hotel in Charleston. We had no plans for our few days here. We walked down to the hotel bar, The Little Palm, and we absolutely loved it. The vibes, atmosphere, and decor were absolutely amazing. Their drinks were soooooo good. Eric and Will made us incredible cocktails. We ordered espresso martinis and a few special cocktails. We came back every night during our stay here. 10/10 recommend!
