Miranda at little palm was it incredibly professional and great with her suggestions and our experience 10/10
obsessed with this place and will be recommending to everyone! Food, drinks and service is amazing! We were even escorted by miranda with an umbrella when it started pouring on us at the pool! Definitely will be staying here when we come back!

We had such a wonderful experience at Little Palm inside The Ryder Hotel, and a huge part of that was our server, Miranda! She was absolutely amazing—so friendly, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.
The food and drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxed, and Miranda truly made the experience even more special. She was the kind of server who makes you feel taken care of without ever being overbearing.
If you visit Little Palm, definitely ask for Miranda! She is a gem and an absolute asset to the restaurant. We will absolutely be back! 🌴✨
Best thing I can say is that it was a great location. The room was dirty (they obviously don't clean the floors because the bottom of my socks were black), small and had mold around the windows. The pool is tiny and always VERY crowded. The front desk staff were rude. It is very strangely organized and you had to go through a very dirty garage to get out of your room or walk all the way around the hallway and use multiple staircases. It is barely a 3 star hotel and definitely not worth the price.
Miranda at the pool club was amazing! So attentive and made our experience perfect for my friends birthday! Highly recommend a pool day here! Gracie took over after Miranda was off and she was equally as amazing! We will come back here every time we come to Charleston!!
Miranda is absolutely incredible by the pool! She is literally is so on top of it!!! We had a bachelereotte party and she MADE our trip! Shes so great at her job, ask for her! She literally is the best!
Miranda at the pool bar was fantastic! We rented a pool cabana for the day and she was so accommodating and made sure we stayed hydrated and having fun!
We enjoyed the hotel. It’s an excellent location. The pool areas and outdoor common spaces are great. Liked the water filling machine. The fitness studio classes are an amazing amenity. We had drinks, breakfast and snacks at Little Palm and Miranda took great care of us!

The stay itself was nice but something stood out to me the most. There was an extremely kind worker who just truly made my day. Her kindness was so warming and her enthusiasm to help me truly just helped me be at ease. Miranda is so amazing! She deserves a raise!!!
I went to The Ryder to have brunch with my family at the Little Palm. Miranda was our server; she was so welcoming and helpful. Really did make our experience super pleasant!
