Pros:

Marie was fabulous. Made us feel at home from the second we walked through the door --- and her advice saved me money on parking? She was wonderful.

Exceeded our expectations...Great stay!
Pros:

We came to Milwaukee for a concert. Decided to stay overnight at here. Everything was wonderful. The staff is so friendly and warm. We had a nice updated corner room which was well appointed and very clean. The morning breakfast buffet had everything you would want. Did we mention the freshly baked cookies upon our arrival. We will definitely stay here again.

Would have been good if the staff were prepared for the multiple events taking place in their area. Unprepared
Pros:

The property was beautiful and so close to the venue I attended.

Cons:

I showed up an hour after my original check-in and waited another hour and a half for my room ruining my planning for my event and was told I’d get a rate reduction but I had already paid for my room and never got any reimbursement deposit of 75$ like I was told I would.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was really tasty. The room was spacious and the T.V. was outstanding.

Cons:

When I turned on the shower it made "A continuous moaning sound" until the water was turned off.

Pros:

Location, staff was very nice.

Cons:

Our room was stuck at 81-85 degrees. We checked out at 6am because of it. Staff was nice and offered a partial refund but I did not receive that.
