Excellent hotel with Early Breakfast - Not Best Value Though
Pros:

Excellent hotel with quiet, comfy rooms and plenty of parking. Breakfast started at 6a so I was able to partake - typical protein fare with fruit, pastries and other carbs. Got a room overlooking the scenic pond out back - very nice especially since most of the rooms have balconies with chairs. Freezer in the fridge. Second sink in room - works well for sharing the room. Coffee available in the lobby outside of breakfast hours. Two walkable restaurants near by.

Cons:

Price was a bit expensive - the hotel wasn't very close to the beach. Coffee was drinkable but not all that tasty. Parking lot covered by trees - not good for the car. Not much else to complain about.

The breakfast crew as awesome! Very hard working ladies what to help you. Most of the staff was quit pleasant. Except one.

Cons:

Hot tub was not working. I specifically rented the room mainly to use the hot tub. I saved so I could go for 3 days. I was told it was working before I booked the 2nd reservation. However it was not working when I called or the previous day. Pool was to cold kids could not use the pool which was very upsetting it turned out we wasted or money just to sit in the room for 3 days (we got by with uber) We did not plan on going anywhere but the pool and hot tub for 4 days and 3 nights. When I asked for corporates number she hesitated. She lied about not having it available for her own needs. Just a horrible stay. I book with them at least once a month I would like to add that the hot tube needed a heating element which could be purchased at any hardware store . I will be going to the better business bureau about this matter.

Waste of time and money. It was the worst stay. We were there in the hotel room for 3 days doing nothing.
Pros:

The house keeper and male front desk

Cons:

They lied about hot tub. Very rude woman at front desk. My kids saved their money to rent the room for 3 days to use pool and I need the hot tub for my bad back. That was the main reason for our stay. Hot tub was not working. I was told it was. Very rude lady did not care about how she spoke to us or my children. I’m glad n the process of contacting better business bureau
