Great comfort and value near L. Rock airport.
Pros:

Breakfast comparable to those of other similar hotels.
Always a friendly staff and the staff of the van to the airport was very nice.

Cons:

The original room given to me was not clean when I opened the door. It had not been serviced yet.

Midnight madness in a COMFORT SUITES OUTDATED SWAMPY HOTEL!!!

Lousy hotel 🏨 that's near the Airport 🛫 and that's the way you get trapped!!!
Outdated everything including the manager that's not a manager 🙄 but they have to say they have one! She's unreachable, full of outdated thinking and just a lousy figurehead!!!
CANCEL THIS HOTEL 🏨 BED BUGS BEEN REPORTED, MY ROOM HAD A BROKEN AC UNIT, HOLES PUNCHED IM WALL AND DIRTY FAN VENT IN THE BATHROOM...JUST A MISERABLE PLACE!!!
WE LEFT AT MIDNIGHT AFTER THEY WANTED TO MOVE US TO ANOTHER FLOOR BECAUSE OF THE BROKEN AC UNIT...WE DIDN'T HAVE CONFIDENCE THAT IT WOULD GET ANY BETTER!!!

Pros:

I love the cleanliness and the location , especially the view of the planes taking off and landing. Continental Breakfast. The access to the bar was nice.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was not a refrigerator and microwave inside the room. I didn't like that I had placed a do not disturb signage on the door and housekeeping still knocked.
