The hotel boasts an excellent location and a staff that is consistently kind and friendly. Special mention goes to Ecem, who works in the lunch service area, for her remarkable attentiveness, her exceedingly courteous manner, and her warm and welcoming smile. In addition, sincere thanks are extended to Chef Ali for his outstanding service and genuine hospitality.
I’m currently staying here for two weeks while relocating for work. Although I’m rating the property three stars overall, I want to highlight that the hotel staff deserve five stars. From the front desk to housekeeping—especially Berrin and Sare—their professionalism and kindness have been outstanding.
✅ The Good
• Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds.
• Excellent staff service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
• Great location: just a 10-minute walk to a shopping center with a supermarket.
• Breakfast buffet and restaurant are very good, with plenty of variety.
⚠️ The Bad
• The facilities are dated. This 20+ year-old property shows significant wear and tear: torn carpet in hallways and broken baseboards. ,
• Climate control is problematic. The central heating/cooling system operates for the entire hotel, not individual rooms. In November, daytime temperatures reached the 80s while nights dropped into the 50s. Once the system switched to heating, my room reached 83°F—even with the fan off. The only option was opening windows, which let in traffic noise and polluted air.
• Room amenities are limited. No microwave, and the small fridge is a leftover minibar unit with awkward compartments that make it difficult to store personal items. Ice is only available via room service, which is inconvenient if you don’t want to wait or be disturbed.
• Ventilation issues. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are separated by floor, but bathroom exhaust vents are connected to the same duct. This means cigarette smoke drifts into non-smoking rooms, especially mornings and evenings.
🚫 The Ugly
• Safety concerns: broken fire door release systems held open with wooden wedges (a clear fire code violation) and room door with visible gaps (security and fire code concern).
• A feral cat colony loiters on the terrace outside the dining room, and cats frequently sneak inside when doors are left open. This is unsanitary and unacceptable for a property marketed as “high-end.”
📝 Overall
This hotel offers a great location, excellent staff service, good food, and spacious rooms, but the safety issues, dated facilities, poor climate control, and ventilation issues make it fall short of expectations for a “high-end” Hilton property. With some modernization—especially in heating/cooling and room amenities—it could truly match the quality of its staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our baby. It was enjoyable and cool in these extremely hot wheather in Adana. The staff is friendly and always at your service. They were always helpful and supported us whenever needed.

Nice rooms. Very good food. The food we ordered was rich in flavors and the portions were very generous. We could not finish our plates, but the waiter kindly packeged it for us to eat later. Our waiter Tamer was very good and helpful. Highly recommend 👌 👍🏻
