All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai court only. Please note that couples are required to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check-in. Please note that the property requires 10% advance of the total reservation amount within 48 hours of the room reservation. The staff that are literally thiefs, money stealers, they made me to do double payments and for refund I have to repeatedly call them for months, email them, share proofs etc.

Breakfast setup, Ambience, good staff around all areas, good ground floor restaurant 👌

Cons:

Poor shower 🚿 top, blocking water in the basin, no mini bar, no snacks, room colour in the verge of going off, most turning down point was by just providing one access key for 2 adults and saying it as a technical glitch to avoid the matter. However, the front desk girl was accommodative and a lovely person. Its just the property is not taking it seriously how does it bother to an individual to use one access key. Not much options for booze in the ground floor restaurant.
Too much of noise coming from train lines and banging doors. Overall, a good stay. No complaints to report. Please accept this as a feedback. Cheers

Location is close to Metro connectivity and 5 to 10 mins away from T2 Airport. The hotel is quite neat and clean. Courteous staff. Serves good breakfast. Overall the place is a value for money.
