Location and the staff at the front office

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is conveniently located near Mumbai Airport, which makes it an excellent choice for travelers.
At the time of arrival, Ms. Namarta at the front desk greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. She was courteous and efficient, and our room was allotted immediately without any delay, which was highly appreciated after a long journey.
The housekeeping service was top-notch, with rooms maintained in a very clean and comfortable condition throughout our stay.
The food was also excellent, with great taste and quality.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, efficient service, and hospitality. I would definitely prefer to stay here again.

Incapable staff unable to manage guests checkin efficiently. It took 1.5 hours to checking after requesting for name change which eventually didn't happen and had to pay additional charge.

I have been staying at this hotel for my business trips for several years, and it continues to be my premier choice. While the property has always been excellent, the recent renovation has elevated the experience significantly; the new ambience is modern, sophisticated, and incredibly welcoming.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the consistency. The staff is consistently professional and genuinely attentive, ensuring every stay is seamless. Furthermore, the culinary experience remains a highlight, the food is consistently exceptional, which is a rare find for frequent travelers.

It is refreshing to see a hotel invest so thoughtfully in its physical space while maintaining the high service standards that built my loyalty in the first place. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. I look forward to many more years of visits.

Avoid at all cost. Bad check-in experience with Mr Ketan who is a very rude staff with bad attitude. Had made reservations well in advance and asked for Non-smoking rooms but he was very rude when we asked why we were not allocated promised rooms. He should not be doing client facing. No tact, no communication skill. Some of my friends got smoking rooms and only a few had their rooms shifted afterwards. Others suffered in the smoking room. Imagine putting an asthma person in smoking room.

There is no swimming pool. It has been replaced by a banquet hall, as per to their explanation. The gym is very small.

Please avoid this hotel. You will get better hotels in same price. It's not worth the pain.

I would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Munnalal for his hard work, dedication, and consistently excellent customer service. He is courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.
