It was amazing and definitely worth it. I definitely will be coming back.

Wonderful staff and facility.
Pros:

The guest service personnel at this Tru By Hilton Sharonville, OH, are awesome, courteous, and professional. My wife and I arrived here on friday evening due to having to attend my cousin's funeral. On arrival, the guest service staff received us with a warm welcome to this beautiful establishment. And everything from the breakfast to the beds is wonderful. No noise, which is excellent. All other guests that I have seen and spoken with have been wonderful individuals. When checkout time arrived, we discovered that our route back home had been compromised due to winter storm Fern and had to rebook our stay, and without hesitation, accommodations were we are ecstatic because we can't get home. And may have to rebook again until Thursday when the southern route has cleared to travel more safely.

Cons:

There is nothing here that I don't like.

Great stay
Pros:

Everything is the same as my previous review. Everything is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious every morning. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower are immaculate. Elevators are super fast from floor to floor.

Cons:

This place is too good to have any dislikes.

Great franchise and good breakfast
Pros:

I really like the layout that is similar with all Tru in the US and the breakfast is good enough. The rooms are clean and well equipped and we appreciated the smart TV.

Cons:

The area is not the best but it was convenient for our road trip

Was very disappointed with my stay as I have stayed here previously with no issues. Not returning.
Pros:

Breakfast was average.

Cons:

I had booked a room with two queens and upon arriving I realized it was two full mattresses on queen bed frame.

Pros:

Friendly staff and nice hotel. Easy access to anywhere in town.

Cons:

Someone puked in the stairways, and it was not cleaned the two nights I was there. I have a dog and use the stairway, and it just upset me to see n smell that every time I passed by.

Pros:

Location, offered breakfast, staff, and pool/lobby was very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

I was told I would have a wheelchair accessible room, I booked through booking.com, and the beds moved when sat on (the mattress slid on the frame) as well as the toilet being too low to easily accommodate and a tub instead of a walk in shower.
