If we are back in this area in the future we will be staying here again!!
Pros:

Our room was for a handicap person which we have and couldn’t be any happier. The room was very large and the bathroom was perfect for our family member who’s in a wheelchair.

Everything was perfect!

The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The walk-in shower was AMAZING! A special thank you to Shola at the front desk—she was incredibly nice, welcoming, and very helpful. She provided excellent customer service and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism!

This was for a simple staycation getaway for a couple days. It was a nice location.
Pros:

Loved the atmosphere and the facilities.

Cons:

Our room didn't really have a closet. It was just a part of the room dedicated with a bar to slap clothes on in the open. Was a tad bummed about that.

El personal es desagradable,cuando llegue al hotel la chica del recepción no fue educada,el registro fue desagradablemente,nunca puede conectarme al internet bajé hablar con el persona para que me ayudaran,pero no hicieron nada por mi, creo que mi registro fue erróneo porque no coincidía mi apellido con el número de habitación no pone la importancia que es..!! Me sentí discriminado por ser latino

I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

It was clean, beds were comfortable , very nice , breakfast was good, the staff was friendly.

Cons:

It’s right off the interstate so you can hear traffic but other than that there was nothing I didn’t like

Woman at front desk to communication or customer service skills

Updated July 8th 2026 6pm the woman ..same as last year at front desk just miserable again...no customer service skills at all ..just terrible her attitude...so we went across the hwy to the Delta..with an 8.6 rating ... tottally high end bigger room...and cheaper ...never again the TRU in Shannonville........2025 as follows...We're do I start ?...just to much it explain in a on line review.. a less than desirable experience of less than an hour sleep at this location ..Some protocols need to be seriously looked at for this location as this location is one Tru Hotel I would never stay in again.I am leaving my e mail with the hopes the manager ...wait...ohh better yet the franchise owner contact me to discuss. e mail is haltonhockeyofficials@gmail.com .
