Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil souriant ! La météo était déjà oubliée, la grève de métro aussi 😅
Le design dela chambre, le petit déjeuner, très copieux et complet jusqu'à l'heure de fin 😊 nous nous sommes régalés. Et au moment de rendre les clés, un petit souvenir photo, top !

Cons:

Les murs sont fins donc on entend les bruits de portes, passages mais Legé 😊👌

City Trip parfait à Bruxelles

Personnel accueillant et chaleureux. L'hôtel a une localisation parfaite pour un citytrip de quelques jours. La chambre et les équipements sont très qualitatifs. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, mention spéciale pour les oeufs cuits selon vos préférences à la minute. La décoration donne un cachet énorme à l'établissement.

Cons:

Eventuellement avoir moins de chauffage dans la salle de bain.

Gute Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer unterm Dach, da war es sehr warm, aber es gab eine Klimaanlage. Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert, dort war es also noch wärmer. Ein Dachfenster war für kleine Menschen schwer zu erreichen. Es gab nur Kaffeepulver zum Auflösen.

Pros:

Very nice boutique hotel in central location. Rooms with modern design and decoration in an old house, the pictures provide an accurate impression. Friendly and helpful staff who all seem to cover various tasks in the hotel, makes for a very familial experience.

Super hotel
Pros:

Hotel Zoom můžu s klidným svědomím doporučit. Personál byl přátelsky, všude vzorně čisto. Hotel je evidentně po rekonstrukci a nově vybavený. Na metro je to 5 minut pěšky a do centra 3 zastávky. Snídaně byly moc dobré, slušný výběr, pořád teplé dopékané pečivo. Na požádání udělali waffle. Pomerančový džus z čerstvých pomerančů, káva a čaj k dispozici po celý den. Odpoledne a večer je možné využít služby baru a dát si pivo či víno, ceny nejsou nijak přemrštěné.

Cons:

Málo místa na snídani, malé stolky, namačkané na sobě. Nepochopila jsem zálohu 100 eur, kterou nám při odjezdu vrátili, aniž by si zkontrolovali pokoj.
