Comfort & character with great little bar and personal touches
Pros:

Comfortable, characterful hotel with large, clean and modern rooms and bathrooms, great bar/breakfast area and close to tram and metro links.
The staff were attentive and friendly, recommending St Boniface for dinner and as a solo traveller on this trip, I felt comfortable sitting in the bar area, enjoying a craft.beer in the evening. It was perfect for my needs, easy to reach from the Eurostar terminal and I'd definitely return.

Pros:

Sobre todo, la amabilidad del personal. La habitación era muy cómoda y tranquila, la cama y la almohadas super agradables y cómodas y había aire acondicionado. Está algo retirado del centro, pero si te gusta pasear, el camino hasta llegar a los sitios emblemáticos es una delicia.

Cons:

El desayuno era algo caro (18 previo pago, 20 al pagarlo en el momento) y no tenía gran variedad.

Excellent Stay in Brussels
Pros:

Excellent stay in Brussels! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We were able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after traveling.

We stayed in two different rooms during our trip, and both were clean, comfortable, and had excellent air conditioning—even during the heat wave. The hotel also stored our luggage while we took an overnight side trip, making our return very convenient.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary 24-hour water, tea, and coffee were a nice bonus. The location is great, with easy walking access to restaurants, shopping, tram stops, and laundry facilities.

We would definitely stay here again.

Ужасный номер, но прекрасный завтрак!
Pros:

Очень хороший завтрак! Особенно круассаны, которые пекут прям там. Неожиданно, очень приятный гель для душа, и что редко бывает - есть кондиционер для волос. Неплохое расположение, не самый центр, но за 25 минут пешком дошли до Рыночной площади.

Cons:

Очень темный номер, низкий потолок, да еще и черного цвета. Освещения в номере категорически не хватает, еле нашли розетку, чтобы зарядить телефон. Раковина засорена, вода не уходит долго. При заселении нам пытались доказать, что бронирование без завтрака. Пришлось доказывать обратное, показали подтверждение, что не сразу сработало. Вид из окна был во внутреннее пространство, где персонал отеля курил (прям под нашими окнами.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, metro a 10 minuti e centro a 20 minuti a piedi, la struttura molto accogliente e pulita. Personale sempre disponibile, un ringraziamento speciale ad Ambron per la sua gentilezza, cordialità, disponibilità e soprattutto l'unico che parla in italiano correttamente! Consiglio vivamente.

Klimatyczny hotel z duszą. Pokój przytulny wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo smaczne śniadania i bardzo pomocny personel. Przy kolejnej wizycie w Brukseli z pewnością wrócę. Polecam.

Cons:

W moim przypadku nie było to uciążliwe ale jedna karta dostępu do pokoju dla dwóch osób to trochę za mało. Jeśli dwie osoby chciałby wrócić do pokoju w różnych porach to może być problem.
