Cons:

The bathtub was clogged, there was black crud coming out of the drain when I tried to give my child a shower, the shower liner was not clean and would soak the outside floor. Only supplied the room for 2 people when booked for 5 and told my husband that they are limited on towels. The pool water was not clean, it was cloudy. My child ended up breaking into hives after leaving the hotel. I would not recommend.

Good location for an overnight at BWI
Pros:

Close to the airport, good bed and good breakfast! Very friendly staff, even at 1:30am when I finally arrived.

Cons:

The thermostat in my room didn’t work.

Comfy bed, fix water heater/tub drainage

The first room my family was assigned had not been cleaned properly and had a strong smell of marijuana. Your staff then moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the problems continued. Throughout the evening and night there were children running loudly in the room above us until around 2:00 AM, and the noise started again around 6:00 AM, making it extremely difficult to rest.

I attempted to contact the front desk several times during the night to report the disturbance, but no one answered the phone. In addition, there was a persistent smell of marijuana in the hallways near our room, despite the hotel being advertised as a non-smoking facility.

These conditions made our stay very uncomfortable and far below the standard we expected when booking with your hotel. Between the unclean first room, the strong marijuana odor, the excessive noise, and the lack of response from the front desk, our experience was extremely disappointing.
