The room was not in the best condition and there was no heat

The original room had a strong smell of mildew and bleach. It made me nauseous, however the man working the desk immediately helps me move to a new room.

The only thing that we didn't like about our stay was the pool was closed half of our stay.

We chose this place because of the pool and jacuzzi and it was shut down for our stay, which was really disappointing:/ this is the second time this has happened. Also, the room was stuffy and smelled mildewy.

No full restaurant

I booked 1 room for me, my husband and my two kids, meaning that we get a king size bed and a sofa. When we got there they gave us a room without the sofa even being made and also no bedsheets that we can use for the sofa. After I talked to the receptionist she gave me only a mattress cover and a small blanked with one pillow. ( I needed two pillows for my two kids). I asked her for the second pillow and she said “thats the only one we have” after a while talking she managed to give me another one. Keep in mind we had to make our own bed and we did not even have a blanket. The bedsheets that she gave us were dirty and they had holes in them. She gave them to me all rolled up as she just took them out of her bed. When I started to make the sofa under it I found toilet paper and crackers and clearly it was not clean. The bathroom was in terrible condition. On the top of that when you pull out the sofa it goes to the other side of the wall making it no way to pass through the room. The sofa was very small and the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on. You could feel the mechanism under it and when you move during the night the whole hotel can hear how load it is. My kids couldn’t even sleep because every time they slightly move the sofa make noise. First night people were load until 5am second night it was the same. We couldn’t sleep from the noise outside of our room. There was a group of people staying in front of our room and talking all night for some reason.

The pool had way too much chlorine in it , the mattresses had stains on them. The bathroom had ants. The room was way too hot the air conditioning didn’t work. The manager I think her name was Rebecca she was very rude, they tried to charge my card more than once for a 1 night stay. They also tried to check me out a whole day after I already checked out at 3:30am before the scheduled checkout time at 11am !

I recently stayed here and was very disappointed. Our initial room had a significant issue with the hot water; it never got warm, even after multiple calls to the front desk over a full day. The lack of response from management was particularly frustrating.
After requesting a new room, we were moved, only to find the air conditioning in the second room was also not functioning correctly. To top it all off, the breakfast was of extremely poor quality and did not meet basic standards.

The floors are dirty no air conditioning in the hallways and elevators and my toilet was peeling it was gross
