Great place good food and nice hospitality.
Great place and a wonderful stay! The service provided by the staff was amazing, especially by Abhi and Digambar. We encountered a few minor issues with delivery drivers, but they helped us immediately. The food was excellent with tons of options, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Plus, the atmosphere when entering the hotel makes you feel like you're a royalty.
Staff was very courteous. They went extra mile to make us feel special.
Special thanks to rupal navale who made a very thoughtful gift as a good will gesture!

Excellent service by Sagar and a delightful experience
One of my favourite hotels in Pune. Polite staff, great food in the Chinese restaurant and a good breakfast. Beautiful heritage building. Chaitanya Sharma, the assistant front office manager stood out with his politeness and helpful nature. He deserves an A+.

Morning time breakfast buffet good selections are available but loud noise of flute play in the restaurant sometimes bothers.

Some days On special circumstances was given lounge access as restaurant was too noisy in the mornings.
