Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel

Me and my friend went there to celebrate her birthday and it was really wonderful with the drinks, food and ambience. But what made our experience even more amazing is the service by Sagar! Right from the moment we entered, he made sure to make us feel comfortable and was in his toes to make sure that we get the best service possible. Loved his service and attentiveness, please ask for Sagar whenever you go there. Thank you Sagar :)

Nice property but a bit dated

Had a nice stay at this property! On a business trip and chose it basis recommendation. Pleasant surprise was the upgrade to a suite and access to executive lounge.
Gagan was very helpful.
The front desk team, housekeeping, breakfast area team were very friendly and courteous.
The food was awesome. The variety and spread at breakfast was one of the finest with live counters catering to multiple cuisines.
Have to stay for a few days to do justice to all that this hotel has to offer.
There was a power glitch which got rectified quickly. Says a lot about customer centricity. Keep up the good work.

We had a family staycation at Sheraton Grand. Its a legendary five star resort of Pune and it totally lived up to the standards. I have to mention it first that the whole staff is very polite and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Akash who made our check in process very smooth and walked us through the property and took care of us till the time we checked out. The rooms are well maintained and higher floors get some best Views of the city. The Food in all 3 restaurants was superb. The Rooftop Swimming pool is fabulous. The Recreation area has a lots of game and Gym is well equipped. We had the best time.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the Sheraton Grand. Right from check-in, Mansi Raut set the tone with her efficiency, warmth, and genuine attentiveness. The facility itself was impeccably clean, the elite lounge services were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered an impressive selection.
Every staff member I interacted with was a 10/10, professional yet personable, which made all the difference. I stayed here about eight years ago, and things were very different back then. The improvement has been remarkable.
Mansi deserves a special mention. She stayed in touch throughout, always ensuring my needs were met. That level of care doesn't go unnoticed.
My usual choice in Pune is the JW Marriott, but the Sheraton Grand is absolutely on par and offers the best value for money. I'm very glad I decided to spend a day here on April 5th, 2026, and I'd happily return.

Our children and I joined my husband on his business trip to Pune and we stayed at the Sheraton Grand. The team there couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. When my husband lost his voice and my daughter felt a bit under the weather, hot toddies and fresh fruit magically appeared to help them feel better. Sumana left a lovely note to cheer her up. It made us feel comfortable and well looked after, despite being so far from home. Thank you, Sheraton Grand team!

We were there to celebrate a birthday. For such an occasion we wanted to pick a place which is grand and efficient and treats us with love and respect. There are many options but of course we selected Sheraton Grand.

Once we arrived, we were greeted with a smile by the front office The check-in was smooth and they surprised us with an upgrade to a suite. The team had taken so much care to decorate the room with colorful balloons and many personal photographs which gave a joyous atmosphere. There was also a birthday cake. We were extremely happy at all the details.

At breakfast, we were warmly greeted by the whole team. We want to thank all of them for their efficiency and customer focus. Some of the faces were familiar, as I have stayed there before. They recognize us and took so much care of us and spoilt us with many courses of delicious meal. We could ask and they shall deliver on our table. Wonderful experience.

One evening, we had dinner at The Chingari by the pool. The food was excellent as always and again they surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake. The whole team was there to make our dining experience extremely enjoyable.

Then it was time to leave. Everyone met us and we clicked some team photos. The check-out was smooth and we left with a smile. Thank you Sheraton Grand for the wonderful celebration. Namaste !
