Breakfast was excellent, so many choices , staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

On roof top restaurant should have some local dishes & little more choices in Non veg , should have spice level choices ( needed bit spicy)

Amazing experience
Pros:

It’s always a great experience at Sheraton Grand and my go to option when I’m in Pune. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Specially Shraddha and Niranjala made sure that I have a pleasant stay.

Had a very comfortable stay.food was very good. Very humble staff. Specially had a great time in the gym. Gym trainer Dagdu Gore has helped me in working out. He supported me for my full workout. Really impressed with his knowledge and dedication for his job. Thank you Dagdu ji. Overall had a great experience.

Good hotel in center of pune
Pros:

Impressive lobby. Good service. Room was very clean.

Cons:

Bed was too soft and i felt a bit slanted... like i was about to fall off. The coffee provided in the room was not good. Bathroom is a bit small, and cramped.
