The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Great care went into both the quality and preparation of the meals by Chef Shayaan Mitha. The menu had great variety, and everything we tried exceeded our expectations.
The ambience was perfect . Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be coming back again. Wanted to give a big shout out again to the chef and his team of servers Yash , Rohan and Prem .Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

One of the oldest 5 star properties in Pune located right next to Pune Railway and Metro stations. The rooftop restaurant Chingari serves some of the best dishes, thanks to their wonderful Chef Rashid. The Raan-e-Virasat is a signature dish that ideally should be ordered a day in advance. Recently honoured by the Time's Food award. The ambience is very refreshing. The staff is very courteous and service is top notch. This is a highly recommended experience.
My first visit to Pune became even more memorable because of my stay at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel.
The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities. The ambiance is elegant, and the overall hospitality truly reflects premium standards. Everything about the stay felt comfortable and well-managed.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Sumana Pathak from the Guest Relations team. From check-in to check-out, she was extremely responsive, approachable, and always ready to assist. She helped me with the check-out and billing process, which was quite new to me and needed to be prepared in a specific format. She handled everything patiently and professionally, ensuring the process was smooth and hassle-free.
Her support genuinely meant a lot and added a personal touch to my experience.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pune. Definitely a must-visit property!

Stayed in Sheraton Grand Pune for 2 nights during my recent business trip. Its a very well maintained property , good esthetics and i was offered an executive suite which was great. Comfortable king bed , big sitting lounge , very clean and big bathrooms. Breakfast buffet offers good variety and food tastes great. Restaurant staff takes good care of guests. Overall highly satisfied with the property.

I had a wonderful stay for 6 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. A special mention to Ms. Rupal Navale, who went out of her way to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. She personally checked in to see if I was comfortable and if there was anything I needed, which was great service. She also kindly sent up a birthday cake as I was there celebrating my birthday. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable.
