Staff here are very attentive without being intrusive. The hotel and rooms are always clean. The breakfast has a number of options ranging from Indian to European. Gym facilities are good. Standouts for me this visit were Rohini at check in and Kalyan in the lounge. Both went over and above to ensure my trip went smoothly
Not a great deal. More hot European options would be good.
The room was clean
The staff didn't pay attention to my request on getting me a iron, ultimately I had to check out and lost the chance to have breakfast. The hotel is next to train station in Pune, and the whole night trains were honking as if they are in the bedroom and not letting me sleep. Sorry for sheraton, this was the weakest performance, I have ever seen worldwide.

Everything was perfect. Our requests were taken care of. Just a very minor point, had some mosquito issues at night times and slight leakage issue in bathroom which was notified to the staff. But the overall experience negate this minor discomforts of 2 nights.
Exceptional services. Super courteous staff. Wide range of breakfast menu. The property exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to the super corteous staff - Ms Nirjala, Ms Ruchita and Ms Sakshi. Thanks goes to the wonderful chef who prepared the delicious food.
Everything was so good. There is nothing to not like. The property went beyond our expectations.
It was great experience been here for the dinner . Especially monashree she was best at her job and specially arranged cake and complimentary dessert for the celebration

We went for lunch on independence day with family at Feast restaurant in Sheraton pune. Amazing ensemble of food and desert. Staff were so cordial and helpful specialy Diksha , Pratiksha and Nagaraj
It was a solo trip of us. First time in sheraton and Monashree made our evening dinner in rooftop chingari do special … she made an arrangement of our grand welcome and we enjoyed her polite and courteous behaviour. Excellent service and Mr gagan paaji also good …
