O serviço de apoio ao cliente demorou 1 mês para resolver uma questão, andou a empurrar o assunto de um lado para o outro. É uma cadeia que vou evitar!!!

Mooie centrale hal, heeft zwembad en wellness, kamer comfortabel en netjes.
Fijne locatie ten opzichte van allerlei bezienswaardigheden en winkels. Dichtbij Station.

- Frühstück vielseitig, frisch
- Zimmer ordentlich groß zumindest zwei Sitzplätze und nicht nur Schemel, wie bei Mitbewerbern von Radisson
Die Zimmerbeleuchtung müsste heller sein. Die Stehlampen hatten alte Energiesparlampen, die möglicherweise in der Leistung nachgelassen haben.
Tout était super et surtout l’accueil de Jean lors du petit déjeuner. Un sourire et surtout sa bonne humeur, un vrai rayon de soleil.
Mon fils jouait avec ses petites voitures et il a ramassé une boule se poils ou cheveux noirs. C’est un peu dégoûtant

It was just across road from a course I’m attending and us a perfect base for a city break in Basel. The restaurant was great and the food was good. I’d liked to have used the pool, maybe next stay.
I tried to book again for next week but it would cost me Fr60 more for the same room. Such a shame, I booked another hotel in the end.
Good location, short walk to everything! Daily sweets and water at reception was a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely
Gym wasn’t the best but sauna and pool were great!
