Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Es hat mir sehr sehr gut gefallen Croissants und Cappuccino zum Frühstück waren sehr lecker und das komplette Frühstück habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen abends beim Check-in oder auch abends in der Lobby gibt es eine kleine süße Bar mit frischen Äpfeln Wo man sich dienen darf. Ich fand das Design sehr ansprechend Schöne große Lounge Sofas. Die Zimmer selbst waren angenehm groß ich konnte morgens meine Yogamatte ausrollen und Yoga machen Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel Schöne frische Bettwäsche cooles Design Badezimmer bisschen klein aber alles sauber alles gut Schöne Regendusche. Die Zimmer obwohl das Hotel glaube ich sehr gut ausgebucht war waren ruhig vom Nachbarn konnte man nichts hören Das ist immer wichtig für mich danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt ich komme gerne wieder.

Ein guter Aufenthalt, aber Mängel bei der Sauberkeit.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, genügend gross und alles Wesentliche war vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Spa-Bereich wirkt eher vernachlässigt in Sachen Sauberkeit.
Auf der Rückwand des Betts hat sich der Staub förmlich gesammelt. Das erwarte ich von einem Radisson nicht.

Die Bedienung im Restaurant und der Zimmerservice war vorbildlich

Die fehlende Begrüssung und schnodrigge Bedienung und unfreundliche fordernde Art an der Reception, keine Kundenorientierung an der Reception
Die Telefone haben nicht funktioniert
Die Badezimmertüre war dermassen blockiert, dass sie nur mit Gewalt zu öffnen und zu schliessen war
Der Geruch im ganzen Hotel und im Zimmer (wir wurden von Gästen informiert, dass dies die Kanalisation sei, einverstanden, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber entsprechende Massnahmen oder mindestens eine Information wäre angebracht)
