Room very comfortable and in a great location for Old Town. Tram stops right outside the door to get you to the train station Basel SBB.

Basel is super expensive so glad I was only passing through and not staying too long.
A lot of roadworks in Basel at the moment, looking like they are laying new tram lines.
Good location and trolley pickup almost directly in front of hotel. Many good dining and shopping locations just one block away.
Bar has outdoor seating which is nice to have a drink and people watch.
Room was large and comfortable with mini fridge. Shower was great but leaked water all over bathroom floor so don’t set anything on the floor you don’t want to get wet.

Very helpful staff and room facilities were very clean and amply filled. Also had a lovely meal.
A taxi was very efficiently organised for us and we borrowed some extra charging cables.
Hotel was well located with good access to old town & railway station. We enjoyed our large room & staff made an effort to give us early access to the room as requested. Breakfast was very good.

Our room was nice and the hotel was in a good location, 10 mins walk from cathedral and river.
Car park was very tight! We left our luggage with Reception staff whilst we parked. We returned to find our luggage had been abandoned, no staff around, which we found unacceptable! They were very unhelpful.
