Your room was dirty, dusty all night I could hear my neighbours as we were separated by door. Had 1 chair and spent time

kind of gutted. lovely room just shame about noise and no hot water.

the room was lovely and bed very comfortable

Cons:

music was on till past 12am and called reception and they didn't seem bothered. said it was the entertainment. entertainment said on sign 7till 11pm.struggled to sleep.
woke up ready to have a nice shower and no hot water in hotel...only found out after 2hours trying to sort water and then I rang reception and they decided to let us know. no apologies or offers of any inconvenience.

Pros:

Party event happening on until.1 am couldn't get to sleep soo loud so kept me up so tierd so had rubbish sleep

Reasonable, great pool facilities, food over priced
Pros:

Convenient hotel. Location suffering from surrounding road works at the moment. Room is functional albeit a bit dated now. The food in restaurant is over priced but ok if you have a deal voucher.. the desserts are very poor. Slur for money. The breakfasts are great. The pool and gym are very good facilities.

Welcome was great and really helpful. Bar was not too expensive . I was attending a wedding and it was really lovely

Cons:

Unfortunately the room we stayed in - loud fan sound going all night.
This kept us awake.
Only one chair in the room.
