If in the area, I will be booking that hotel!!!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to make my stay the best. The pool is large and hot tub full of mineral water and they will let you use a bike! Fun area and the town is quaint. Great Resturants, amazing bike trails and places to hike. Wineries galore. People are very friendly.

Cons:

I had a one bed room that was small. That was fine but I wished there had been a small refrigerator in the room. They said it was too small for a refrigerator. But I found out later I could have kept food in their large refrigerator which was behind a locked door.

You should have called
Pros:

Courtesy. Pool (despite what I said below). Hot tub. Balcony in room. Fast thinking employees that gave us a different room.

Cons:

Pool temperature. Supposedly heated at 80 degrees. It wasn't heated at all. The 2 for 1 happy hour was unavailable on Tuesday despite website indicating it was open 7 days a week. The "courtyard view" did not exist. And there was no courtyard view from ANY room at the hotel.

Pros:

The front desk employees so friendly, even though we had to leave early in the morning they left us a bag of muffins and fruit. So thoughtful. And the pool was amazing, lots of happy guests.

Cons:

No elevator, but I understand its an older building

I really liked the facilities, but due to the nemory of ants crawling on me and my stuff, am not sure if I’d come back.
Pros:

Walkable around town, pool hot tub always open

Cons:

I left a few crumbs on the bedside table on a napkin, came back after a few hours and ants had covered the table, all over the floor, in my computer, on my clothes

Pros:

The Staff was so Friendly. The pool was nice. Breakfast and Coffee Delivered to your door! I loved Mt View Hotel and Spa!

We would stay there again over the larger spa hotels.
Pros:

Having coffee, a banana, and lemon bread each morning was nice, although after three days, we were ready for something different. Changing up the pastry selection each day would have made the experience even better. The room featured a charming Illy espresso machine, which added a quaint and elegant touch to the experience. Each room also provided plush robes, making it easy and comfortable to walk back and forth to the hot mineral hot tub. We also loved the Art Deco design throughout the property, which added character and a unique sense of style to our stay.

Cons:

The mattress in the room needed to be replaced. Not very comfortable
