Overall really enjoyed our stay experience and would love to return.
Pros:

Hotel appeared modern, nice restaurant- food was good. Enjoyed breakfast, morning staff were extremely efficient. Overall friendly helpful staff. Really enjoyed the pool but was disappointed that it closed a lot earlier in evening than advertised. Thankyou for the Non smoking rooms.

Cons:

The room wasn’t fully set up for the three expected guests. Only two cups, glasses, refreshments, towels/toiletries etc. Asked staff who immediately proved an extra cup, milk and biscuits. Kettle was switching on itself on occasions but worked. Only real issue was the unwashed teaspoons and empty snack cartons from previous guests in room on our arrival. Electric car charging facility wasn’t suited for our car so a considerable amount of our time was spent searching for one as we were only staying one night.

Well appointed hotel in Donegal
Pros:

The hotel was spacious and nicely laid out. We enjoyed the dining and bar on site. They also had a wonderful breakfast. The rooms were taste really done and met our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The hotel was fabulous. Staff were very friendly and it was spotlessly clean at all times. The breakfast was unreal and we had a main meal one of our nights that was absolutely beautiful. The young boys working in the bar area were very social and good craic. Good to see. Couldn't fault the hotel at all.

We had a wonderful time which was enhanced by the friendly nature of all the staff and

We had breakfast and dinner both days we stayed and all was excellent.wide and varied menu suitable for everyone.
Rooms were immaculate. My daughter had an issue with the tv not working and was rightified within half an hr.

Cons:

I could not find fault with our stay at all.
