Cons:

First they put us on floor were renovations going on 24 hours so u can’t sleep at all. Second when I mentioned to staff they acted like they didn’t know anything about renovations. I asked for manager and he didn’t even came out to talk. Staff was not even sorry for this. Renovation was so messy that u pass through that for elevator and u get dirty not care about guests. They put everyone else on other side only us on this renovation side.

A good option if you want a hotel with a more modern atmosphere near the airport
Pros:

Conveniently located near airport - a 5 minute drive. Breakfast was good with a selection of Indian and western options. Room was nice; AC and Wifi worked well.

Great Location, Courteous Staff & Fitness-Friendly Stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at The Ummed Ahmedabad. Its proximity to the airport makes it extremely convenient, especially for someone like me from the aviation industry.

The hospitality here truly stands out — the staff is courteous, warm, and always welcomes you with a genuine smile, making you feel valued throughout your stay.

The hotel also offers a well-equipped gym and a great swimming pool, which is perfect for fitness enthusiasts who like to keep up with their daily workout routines even while traveling.

A special mention to Shreya and Harshdeep at the front desk for their professionalism and helpful attitude. Also, Vijay, who assisted with the airport drop, was extremely supportive and made the experience even smoother.

Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay — highly recommended!

My Experience in Ummed
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located to the airport. The front office team is very cordial and helpful. The rooms are maintained as per the standards of the hotel. The ambiance of the hotel is very regal.

Absolutely nothing. Does not qualify to be called a 5 star.

Cons:

Everything was bad. Never had this kind of experience before anywhere.
1. We checked in at 2 & room was still not ready. It took them another 15 mins to hand over the room keys.
2. We went for spa but it was so so. Definitely poor value for money.
3. We ordered food which was again sub quality.
4. We had booked for a pool view- what we got was no view.
5, u have to call them 10 times before someone actually picks up the call.

The experience was amazing visiting The Ummed Ahemdabad the food was pretty good but I think they need to add a Lil more indian taste in their breakfast but it's good
Ms. Jyoti Singh served us really well she was very friendly and sweet I thought she deserved more appreciation,great work.

Pros:

I visit The ummed on leriodic interval. Property is very good. Room size is decent. Staff is courteous and friendly. They respond quickly to client needs a d fulfill. I would like to have a special mention for Mr. Tejveer for his support and services in restaurant. The boy is energetic and very quick in service.

For senior citizens farthest room from elevator was allotted. Request for packed breakfast was flatly turned down.
