Lacking in sun-loungers they only had 5 and they seemed reserved every day
Always enjoy staying at Ummed very convenient as it’s few minutes away from the airport

The meal inclusion was ABSOLUTELY worth it. If I had the chance, I would have included all three meals. There was a huge variety at the restaurant, the meal inclusion came with... everything on the menu. (Do not get room service, and make sure to order everything in one go).
Room was very comfortable and felt like sleeping on heaven.

Receptionists and restaurant staff were really nice.
Room service was horrible. We ordered 2x tea. Took more than 1 hour. During this time we had to call reception 3 times to ask if it was still coming. Absolutely hated it. It costed 800 rupees when you could have gone outside and brought for 50. Reception provided a discount to the order the second time I complained.

The tea cups are found dirty. The iron was too old and spoil cloths. The restaurant didnt provide fruits in breakfast, as having fast on Tuesday.

I have been given a room in which woid polishing was done recently. The smell was not tolerable.

I applied for a liquor license to get some wine for my dinner. The person working in the liquor store was very rude and I felt I was treated with indifference.
I eventually left the wine and ate my dinner without the wine.
