A special thank you to General Manager Rajesh, Rakesh, and their entire team—especially the F&B team members Reshma, Masson, Akash, Manisha, Sneha, Hiruizio, Sonu, and Yogendra—for their outstanding hospitality. They were always smiling, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make every guest feel special.
My appreciation also goes to the entire housekeeping and front desk teams for doing a fantastic job. Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, everyone worked incredibly hard to accommodate our requests and make our stay comfortable and memorable.
The warmth, dedication, and genuine care shown by the entire team truly made our stay wonderful. Excellent service all around!

I like how the staff assist us during our stay and the acceptance of all our request even if it's beyond our booking inclusion. They also offered us free service going to airport. Overall it is a good choice of staying.

Reshma served us very well at Kesar.
I had a wonderful one-day stay at The Ummed Ahmedabad. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
The food was delicious, with a good variety at breakfast, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The property is well maintained and conveniently located, especially for travelers using Ahmedabad Airport.
Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. I would happily recommend The Ummed Ahmedabad to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay in Ahmedabad, and I look forward to visiting again.
A wonferful feiendly experience from the checkin team uncluding Sandhua and Krilshna through to lunch service (amazing flavours!). Hotel currently under renovation, so will only get better.

hotel is nice. I have been here several times in last 15 years. The restaurant 'Kesar' serves very good food. We were served by Manisha and she us very good at her job.
