Comfortable hotel within easy walk of the beach and restaurants
Pros:

Great room, enough storage, nice bathroom, comfy bed. Good breakfast

Cons:

Building work happening. In-room beverages not topped up. We repeatedly asked for replacements, not just sachets but cups too. Lifeguard had no interest in helping us with a broken parasol

The hotel is nice, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, with a good selection of food each morning.
We had a car during our stay, and parking could be quite tricky at night. It was often very difficult to find a space nearby. If you can't find a spot, you will need to use the hotel's private parking, which costs €15 per night.
Part of the hotel was being renovated during our stay. It didn't really bother us, although on the last day of our holiday there was quite a lot of noise early in the morning. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and we had no problems at all.
There are supermarkets close by, as well as several restaurants within easy walking distance, which was very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

Fine for a night or two
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, a few minutes walk from Cala Major beach and a regular bus close by that brings you into Palma.
We had a late flight & they provided shower facilities which was great.
The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

There is a lot of construction happening at the hotel, with a lot of construction workers constantly walking through the hotel and using the lifts. Lots of construction noise from 8am each morning which meant no hope of a lie in. There were glass doors left in the corridor at the bottom of the stairs overnight which is a bit of a hazard. I think it’s disappointing that they fail to mention this anywhere. Also a lot of dirt due to the construction and didn’t seem to be cleaned.
Many of the corridors were very run down with heavy staining on the carpets which is below what you’d expect for this hotel chain.
The rooms were quite small which and so was the bathroom with little storage space in there.
The tv was unplugged and disconnected, however the tv was mounted to the wall and little space for manoeuvre so we weren’t able to reconnect.
Overall, I think the hotel is overpriced for what you get. I’ve stayed at some of the other hotels in this group and I don’t think this hotel is of the same standard.

Чудовий сніданок, гарне розташування готелю, комфортні умови, привітний персонал.

Cons:

Прибирання здійснювали не належним чином, при бронюванні я вказала одне двухспальне ліжко, але коли приїхали то були 2 односпальні, було трохи не зручно.

Pros:

La ubicacion y amabilidad del personal. El cuarto en la planta 4 tiene linda vista al mar.

Cons:

El hotel esta con remodelaciones, habia obreros, ruidos, bar de la pileta no habilitado y partes sucias. El gimnasio minimo, sin agua ni toallas, tampoco mat para el piso y sin ventana. Aforo 1 persona.

I paid for better room with better view but bathroom was tiny, you can barely turn around, zero sink shelf space, when you open glass doors it hits towel hanger which can cause break. Gym is old, bar downstairs by the pool is not workingm
