Aufgrund der Baustelle, für den Preis nicht das was man erwartet hat.
Pros:

Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gründlich sauber gemacht und der Parkplatz war sehr gut verfügbar.
Personal hat einen freundlichen Eindruck gemacht und wir waren mit dem Fitness Studio zufrieden.

Cons:

Es entsprach nicht den Bildern wie wir es angenommen hatten.
Es gab im Zimmer weder einen Wasserkocher und der Kühlschrank lag nur knapp unter der Zimmertemperatur.
Der Pool war geschlossen und aufgrund von Bauarbeiten herrschte Tagsüber Lärm.

Professional service, great breakfast, and good location
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Eurostars Marivent. The breakfast was high quality with a good selection, and the staff were consistently professional and welcoming.
The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the sea. Additionally, the bus connections are excellent, making it very easy to reach the center of Palma. A well-run hotel that I would certainly recommend.

Cons:

There was some construction noise during the day, and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times.

Cons:

Musste kurzfristig stornieren. Es wurde darauf bestanden, den gesamten Betrag zu behalten. In der Nebensaison. Aber ja....in Palma kann man sich das scheinbar leisten.

La ubicación y que la zona es tranquila.

Cons:

No pueden pretender cobrar por una habitación superior una habitación que da vistas al mar de lado, que se le escapó a la recepcionista que tenía el mismo precio que la normal porque están de reformas en el Hotel y ni siquiera avisar.
Me han cobrado por una habitación superior, ni siquiera un lo siento.
El acceso al Hotel no muy bueno, voy con bastón y dado el hecho de que la calle estaba con la entrada de paso casi inaccesible..
El último día en la puerta del hotel plaga de cucarachas.
Espero que cuando terminen las reformas tengan todo en condiciones.
Tengo fotos de como estaba todo.
Por cierto, el secador del pelo medio socarrado, ya digo, que para ser un hotel de 4* deja mucho que desear.
En otras ocasiones he estado en hoteles de la misma cadena hotelera y sin una maravilla. Esta vez me voy muy descontenta, y más siendo que fui por el cumpleaños de mi hija, en el hotel lo sabían.
Deberían haberme avisado, o bien en Booking. Era un viaje muy especial para mí hija y para mí y la verdad es que no volveré.

Personal encantador!!
Pros:

Las ganas de agradar del personal (desde recepción a comedor)
Como estaban de obras, nos regalaron el aparcamiento y el desayuno
Buen desayuno

Cons:

Que estuviesen de obras en el edificio y no avisaran de tal circunstancia... de haberlo sabido podríamos haber valorado si acudir o no.
Ruidos por limpieza en habitaciones de al lado a las 09:00 de la mañana.
