Location
Smells. , needs updated nothing sounds like it works properly. Especially the elevator. Room keys don’t work well
Front desk was really helpful and had great customer service
There was hair in the bathroom, some of the furniture was damaged (seats were tore)
Easy check in. Lady at the desk was super nice. Lobby was clean and the area where they have breakfast was in that area... that space has a pretty good space for morning breakfast.
The room was very large. Had a microwave and fridge. The room was hot when we got in there but the ac cooled the room down really fast. There were only two of us and we got 2 beds (this was the only room available on booking) we would of preferred a king bed. But the price was the cheapest for a last minute booking. Each bed has 4 pillows. The beds were okay on comforter.
There was complimentary shampoo and lotion attached to the wall. They smelled amazing!
Breakfast is from 7-10. There was coffee, tea and orange juice. There was some cereals. Honey bun, mini muffins and very stale bagels. A fridge that has yogurt, cream cheese butter and maybe boiled eggs? They had eggs and linked and sausage patties...I got these and they were good. And a waffle making machine...I didn't use this.
The lady who checked us in didn't mention any of the amenities. Like the breakfast and time that would be available. Or the wifi information.
I didn't realize there was a pool when booking but when we went down in the morning it said "out of order"
The room was kinda dirty. There was smudges in the shower. The shower takes a really long time to get hot and then it's hard to get it at a decent temp because it is then cold for no reason.
I noticed in the morning there are paper bowls that have fallen behind the desk area. I couldn't reach them im pretty short but it's something housekeeping should maybe be a little mindful over when cleaning.
Friendly, efficient service
Affordable
The bed was very comfortable
The staff weren't very friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was terrible. The bathroom floor and shower floor were filthy. There was no water pressure in the shower.
The one and only thing we liked was the location. We’re in town for a volleyball tournament and the location for the tournament is 5 minutes down the road.
The hotel is outdated and not kept clean. The furniture in the lobbies and hallways are dirty and stained. There’s dried paint splatter everywhere. The entire building feels cheap and run down and for the money we paid I was expecting so much better. The pictures on the booking post are not the same as the hotel in person and literally looks like they’ve been edited. I told the people we’re in town with that our hotel catfished us.
It’s 2:15am currently as I type this and the people down the hallway from us have woken my family up playing loud music and literally hollering so loud and dancing around. My daughter has volleyball tournaments starting at 8am and none of us can sleep.
They also don’t keep towels stocked in the pool area and we had to keep asking for more of them to be brought in, as well as towels in our actual room. They had given us 2 towels and there are 5 people in my family. When we go downstairs to the front desk the employee often isn’t there and last night my husband waited 20 minutes to tell someone we needed more towels. We will not ever return to this location and will tell our friends and family to stay away as well. We’ve stayed at many other comfort inn hotels and have always enjoyed ourselves. This time is absolutely an exception.
The second day there was at least more knowledgeable staff member
When we arrived no staff at desk. Then given our first room key room key didnt work, then had to get front desk she tried ober and over again for about 5 min then decided to give us a new rm when we got to that room key card again didn't work had to go get another new card, then no batteries in remote went down yet again and fot batteries they were dead, no extra blankets or pillows for sofa bed didn't clean our room l, mold on curtains by air.conditioner and the. When we return back after my father's funeral out key card didn't work again and had to get another card...breakfast was very low stocked. Fooled my pictures for sure
The breakfast was terrible. The cereal containers had wide open mouths for people to stick their hands into the egg tasted like ground up cardboard, and the tater tots should never be served. They were terrible tasting. The sausage was OK.
Booking.com seems like their reviews are tainted. If you go onto the actual site of the hotel, there is not one good review. The place is dirty and expensive.
The location was fine and within a few minutes of several shopping and restaurant locations.
My room smelled like cigarettes despite it being a non-smoker. The bathroom was dirty and appeared to have tobacco in the sink. The sink also drained extremely slow.
Close to various shops/restuarants. The shower water pressure was great.
The bed was a spring mattress and I could feel every spring. No carpet. Top of the furniture was clean but the sides and the bathroom door needed cleaned. Room not quite finished. The toilet tissue was pretty far back of the toilet. Our first morning the only eggs they had were hard boiled eggs , sausage had lots of gristle and bone chips
room was old and dirty
Location
Dirty, no staff, breakfast was stale milk was curdling, asked for extra pillow and was told no. Was there 3 nights and never saw staff other than front desk. Very run down and dirty
Have stayed there a year ago and wasn’t too bad but will never stay again. Comfort inn quality is declining
They held room due to weather arriving later than expected
It had a roach on wall when I walked in & 1 in shower when I woke up
It was cheap and the location was good.
There was mold growing in the shower and the mattress was the worst mattress I've ever slept on. The tv was tiny and there was only one soap for the sink and the shower.
