La ville de St Augustine est magnifique à visiter.

Wonderful place to stay because of the staff who I feel are friends now.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional! The cleanest place I’ve been to in years, even the cobblestone parking area was spotless! The staff were wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was brought to our room, a very nice touch. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this trip, but especially the office staff and Jim! So caring and kind!

Quite pleasant and quaint getaway!
Pros:

Private beach, location, courteous staff, yummy breakfast!

Cons:

The hot water was hit or miss for showers and bath time, safety locks for toddlers (you can lock the doors but pulling the handle will unlock the doors. Several times my toddler was able to open the door.), and resurfacing of the pool (it’s rough on the feet).

Beautiful hotel and setting. Guests are treated very well!

The breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. One staff member fixed a reservation error I had made without my asking her to — great service! I loved the view from my room, 219. I could see the ocean which was what I hoped. The gardens were lush and beautiful. Very well maintained. My bed was very comfy and linens were nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cons:

Part of the floor in my room was dusty when I arrived. Otherwise, it was cleaned very well!
