Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Multiple reviews explicitly note the hotel is clean and rooms are well kept ('pulito', 'La pulizia'), supporting a positive cleanliness score.
Service
7.6
Service is generally praised as friendly and helpful in many reviews, but there are notable negative reports (rude receptionist, lack of assistance with directions/arrival), so the score is moderated.
Location
9.3
Location is repeatedly highlighted as central and convenient for visiting the city — one of the strongest positive themes across reviews.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms are frequently described as spacious, comfortable with good beds and large showers; some small bathrooms noted but overall room quality is strong.
Amenities
7
Several mentions of limited amenities (no Nespresso, no refrigerator, small or no in-house parking, elevator issues) justify a below-average amenities score.
Value for Money
7.4
Mixed comments on value: some find it appropriate for location/comfort, others call the price–quality relationship unsatisfactory, so score is slightly below target.
Food and Beverage
8.1
Breakfast receives both high praise ('exceptional', 'plantureux') and complaints about crowding/limited items on busy mornings; overall slightly above average.
Overall Experience
8.8
Overall guest experience trends positive due to central location, clean and comfortable rooms and generally friendly staff, tempered by access/parking difficulties and occasional service lapses.

OTTIMO.....MA...
Pros:

La camera ampia e accogliente, letti comodi, doccia grande.

Cons:

We would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Was well located and because parking with the hotel was full Indigo parking was close by and very convenient.
There was a wonderful little cafe beside the hotel to get coffee in the morning.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a Nespresso machine and cream/milk like the other hotels have. The cafe made up for it.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Esperienza deludente
Pros:

Posizione centralissima e letto comodo

Cons:

Pertanto abbiamo dormito male. Rapporto qualità prezzo non consono.

Accogliente e centrale
Pros:

Posizione centrale e camera grande. Staff super gentile e professionale.
