Amazing team and friendly, great breakfast and central
Pros:

Absolutely central location and perfect for what we needed. There was parking on site with ev charging which was a real bonus.
The best point and the one that I am most happy about was the staff, the person on reception when I arrived was so helpful and friendly. In getting parked, using the ev charger successfully and by organising dinner and booking it on our behalf. - the friendliness and support from the team was by far the best thing about the stay.

Cons:

The entrance for the parking was a little confusing and very tight for a medium sized car.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Caen.
Pros:

The location was great and the secure parking was good for us. The receptionist was very helpful, for example with restaurant suggestions. The rooms are very smart and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive so we went elsewhere.

La douche mal conçue et qui inonde la chambre,
Nous avons du tout éponger !
Un peu limite pour un 4 étoiles. Nous en avons parlé avec l’hôtesse d’accueil qui connaissait le problème ! Les douches viennent d’être refaites et il y a une non conformité en cours de litige avec l’entreprise de travaux.
Rien ne nous avait été signalé et aucune remise faite. Les 4 étoiles sont bien loin.

Alles. De parkeer garage is een lachertje. Plaats voor 6 mini autootjes.
Het personeel is niet correct, geeft niet de noodzakelijke informatie en liegt. De kamer is onfatsoenlijk klein. Zeer slecht gelegen om te bereiken.

Disposition de la salle de bain étroite et évacuation de la douche un peu faible.
Pas de machine à café dans la chambre, seulement du café soluble, dommage pour un établissement pareil.
Proche d'un club dont les basses peuvent être assez bruyantes la nuit.
