Excellent séjour
Pros:

L'hôtel est fort bien situé au centre de Caen. Le personnel est fort aimable. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel : plantureux, avec une grande grande variété d'aliments.

Cons:

La salle de bains est fort étroite, à tel point que la fenêtre de douche cognait le coin aigu du lavabo. Les travaux routiers du centre ville causent beaucoup de détours et désorientent les GPS les mieux entraînés. Arriver près du parking place de la République et en partir a toujours été la galère.

Lo staff non ha fornito il necessario supporto per arrivare in hotel, eravamo in macchina, vi erano lavori in corso e le strade erano chiuse. Nonostante numerose telefonate, abbiamo risolto in autonomia con grosse difficoltà. In generale non troppo empatico.
In camera, l'aria condizionata si è attivata in autonomia nella notte, era rumorosa e troppo forte. Pertanto abbiamo dormito male. Rapporto qualità prezzo non consono.

Posizione centrale e camera grande. Bagni nuovi e ottimo clima in stanza con finestre e climatizzatore. Aurelie della reception ci ha accolto chiamandoci e aiutandoci col parcheggio. Staff super gentile e professionale.
