Pros:

Hôtel dans le centre de Caen, très bien situé. L'hôtel est propre, avec un personnel acceuillant et disponible. Les chambres sont confortables et agréables. L'hôtel est silencieux. Le château, l'université et le quartier commerçant est à côté. Possibilité de place de parking à réserver avant votre arrivée et petit déjeuner de type buffet plutot bien.

Cons:

Le parking un peu cher (mais en centre ville), ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Il serait bien de mettre en place un petit déjeuner a la carte plutôt qu un buffet exclusif.

Dos días antes de llegar me mandaron mensaje con instrucciones para llegar al hotel porque había obras en todas las calles de alrededor .No quiero ser mal pensada de que no me avisaron antes para que no cancelase,porque las obras ya llevaban meses.El parking del hotel era de horror , estrecho ,pequeño ,difícil de maniobrar ,cutre y en su mayor parte no podían abrirse los maleteros porque chocaban con el techo.No había ascensor del parking para subir maletas.
El desayuno era en una sala habilitada en la primera planta ,hacía tanto calor que no se aguantaba a primera hora,aire acondicionado apagado.Desayuno muy justo y no reponen.El ascensor una pesadilla de lento.
Nuestro lavabo no tenía mueble (aunque si espacio) para poner nuestros neceseres.
No lo recomiendo para nada

Cons:

No air conditioning in our top of the hotel room as considered still winter despite mid may!!
Parking a challenge and very tight dimensions. Not only height but width ( Tesla’s beware)

Pros:

Les chambres étaient propres, confortables. L’hôtel était situé en centre ville, à proximité du château de Caen. Nous avions voyagé en famille et avons pu obtenir des chambres à proximité. Le parking était petit mais suffisant (à réserver au préalable).

Cons:

Il y avait des travaux dans la rue qui mène à l’hôtel. Nous avions dû faire 3 fois le tour avant de pouvoir trouver le parking même avec Waze. Il fallait finalement passer par un sens interdit ( indiqué par la réceptionniste au bout du 2ème appel).
