Excellent hotel and services.

Great location

This hotel has a great location , use to be one of the best 4* in Fatih .
My last experience was terrible,
I received unkind treatment from one of the hotel workers, who later turned out to be the manager. Reception workers are usually chosen on the basis of morals and cheerfulness and superviser should provide solutions not complications and rude behaviors.

Hotel is nice and renovated. Great location right in front of tram and walking distance to grand bazaaar. Rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet in morning is good - they change hot menu options around each day. Staff is courteous and helpful. Biggest criticism I had was that there is NO iron in the rooms. You have to pay for each article of clothing to be ironed for you. Logistically it’s extremely inconvenient when ur getting ready in morning with kids. Plus laundry service closes in evening, so if u need a dress ironed for dinner then good luck. Only reason I can think they don’t provide irons is to get more money out of you. For the cost of hotel, it should have been in the rooms. Will likely choose another place to stay next time due to this inconvenience alone.

Room small and noisy

Good location, easy walking distance to the grand bizarre, restaurants and Turkish bath. Front desk service was good, but service in the lounge was not good. Not sure if the lounge staff were just apathetic or something was happening we were unaware of.

Excellent location close to everything, everything was good. The hotel is recommended.

I tried to bring a guess to my room they said you can’t have a guess I don’t understand that?
I told the front desk I will pay for extra person he said no.
Property is old there is no indoor pool and sauna or other things that’s why I didn’t enjoy staying there I don’t recommend this hotel because there is other hotels you pay some price you will get swimming pool and sauna and everything that’s why I don’t recommend this hotel.

I have been to many hotels in Istanbul over the years; Kent Hotel is the best, and I recommend it to anyone for a very pleasant stay with very helpful and friendly staff and excellent services.

This trip was booked due to its location. Right outside the tram and 5 mins walk to the Metro. Although it is an hour away from the airport. Hotel looked very nice and were checked in around 2pm. Good view of the outside street but can get loud during NYE! The room was a good size compared to most other hotels in area. Free breakfast was good but got busy a couple of mornings. PCR test service provided at hotel was very convenient.
