Pros:

The desk staff was excellent, even when challenging incidents occurred. Great team, especially morning crews who kept positive through out activities. GM also responsive to questions and comments

Great place to stay in Minneapolis. Right near the river and downtown. Rooms are clean, quiet. Good, free breakfast. And the staff is very nice. I will absolutely stay there again next time I am in the area.

Everything was great except for the pull out bed. The pull out bed was the most lumpy, thin and uncomfortable surface I have slept on. I understand that they are not a full bed but some comfort would be appreciated.
