Very good food in the restaurant. Good location.
The hotel was located very conveniently, with only a short walk to Bournemouth Pier. We were a group of four couples and we all had lovely rooms situated on the first and second floor. How lovely to have a beautiful big walk-in shower and a roll top bath. There is a small selection of tea and coffee in the room a kettle and a fabulous coffee making machine and you are given fresh milk on arrival which you can collect each day.
You have to pay per day, per car for parking which irked us at first but then we realised that’s quite standard for the local area.
We had dinner in the restaurant, the portions were a little small for some of us (the men) but everything was super tasty and beautifully presented. Breakfast was delicious and made to order.
Finally, and most importantly, ALL the staff at the hotel are unbelievably helpful, I think they must have special training to make sure that you have the best stay because anything we wanted was given to us with a smile. 😊 🙌
We stayed for 3 nights d&bb. Hotel was extremely clean in all areas including our room. Reception, bar and dining room staff were amazing! Friendly, polite and cant do enough for you. Fresh milk including dairy free available from reception in a flask. Hotel is in a lovely quiet area near the beach. The food is gorgeous and caters for gluten & dairy free. Rooms are spacious and lots of little extras, will definately be returning. Oh and parking is easy as they have their own car park.

Nice clean hotel
Window frame needs some tlc; toilet seat not secured on one side so moved when sat on; was the same on my last visit. My usual comment about the lack of usb sockets in the rooms. At breakfast I had to go to the doors to the kitchen to attract attention to be sat down and served.

The hotel location was very good. Excellent walking distance to the beach, shops and sightseeing. In a very quiet neighbourhood. Our room was spotlessly clean with a lovely comfortable bed and excellent shower with lovely soft towels. The natural shower gel & handcream was amazing .There was plenty of tea, coffee and daily milk provided also bottled water every day. An added touch was the afternoon shortbread cookies, popcorn and fruit treats. The breakfasts were really good with plenty of variety to suit everyone. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning.

This is a very well kept property. Its spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff are very attentive but not in your face. the chap tending the bar was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I wont hesitate in staying here again on our next visit. Definitely recommend this place.
I don't think that you should have to pay for parking when you are staying at the hotel. Its not expensive but not right in my opinion.
