Pros:

Just Perfect
Pros:

Booked for my in-laws and they reported everything was great for them, especially the breakfast. Cooked fresh and to order :-) . The location was perfect for them as the bus for both the Town Centre and Swanage stopped just around the corner. So as I had booked and got the seal of approval from them I too was happy.

I will return because of the location but it needs a bit of tlc.
Pros:

The location is perfect and it is a nice place. Certain staff are lovely and make your stay so much more pleasant.

Cons:

We opted for a larger room but it was the bathroom that was bigger with an open plan that I don’t like. Also the room didn’t have any sitting area apart from the bed .

Overall we had a pleasant stay very helpful staff would definitely recommend
Pros:

Really nice hotel great location and everything you need.. nice breakfast plenty of choices lovely big walk in shower although the shower head needs tightening up as it kept moving down.

Cons:

The pillows were far too soft for our liking a choice would have been nice….sometimes the restaurant was a bit busy and a bit chaotic..Our room got very hot as there was no A/C and the window only opened a bit.. a fan would have been nice.

Hidden Gem of a Hotel. Just lovely
Pros:

A warm welcome greeted us. And particularly pleased to charge our EV on site too.
Hotel is Furnished beautifully inside. Rooms of excellent condition and comfort although bed was too soft for me. Impressed with the restaurant as the evening food was absolutely superb. If you want pub grub go elsewhere. Breakfast offers a wide choice of continental and cooked. Service throughout was efficient but at busy times a little slow from the kitchen which is to be expected. I was really impressed with the hotel being in a quieter location yet close enough to walk to the beach and centre. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Bed a little too soft.
No air conditioning sadly.
Nothing else was all superb.

May Bank Holiday weekend break
Pros:

A well kept property, friendly staff and quality breakfast. Just a short walk/cycle from.the town centre. Nice touches were beach towels to borrow and a free snacks table.

Cons:

Did not realise that parking was £10 a night extra. Must have missed that info when booking.

Pros:

Wonderful hotel, very charming and well looked after, lovely facilities, close to the best parts of Bournemouth.

Cons:

No aircon in the room. It was 23c the day we stayed and it was uncomfortable trying to sleep. Such a shame as the rest of the hotel was perfect.

Excellent Hotel in terms of facilities, location and staff with the added bonus of the Arbor restaurant
Pros:

Good location, quiet but close to beach and the town centre ,good tree lined outdoor space to relax and ideal centre if you are looking to explore the New Forest and the Jurassic coast
Also the Hotels in-house Arbor restaurant was tremendous, catering for all requirements from excellent an breakfast to bar food to high-end bistro food as you would expect from AA2 rosette restaurant all served by a friendly and efficient team

Cons:

Front door could be improved to give that first impression that a hotel of this standard deserves

Sweets & Fruits im ersten Stock for free.

Cons:
