I wish breakfast was included. They ran out of menu items listed to buy for breakfast
Room was clean and spacious
The pool room was cold and the pool looked gross
Location
Pillows are terrible. Temperature control in room is not easy to control. Heating unit made clicking noise. Not enough hangers.
Cleaning-less!
I could have engaged in a typical conversation using my normal tone. The neighbor reported it to the front desk and even came to knock on our door, just so you know, while I was speaking normally. Perhaps the room's echo is what disturbs them?
Everything
Staff was so welcoming and friendly. Rooms were huge and my son loved the desk in the corner with bench seat. He got to game on his laptop. Coffee was really good in the morning
The location was nice.
The uncleanliness of the property. I was moved to three different rooms and the uncleanliness of each room only escalated. I was told a ticket was put in and I could talk to management in the morning…that never happened. Managed never reached or respond to the emails concerning my complaint. Not to mention I waited at the front desk for over ten minutes before any acknowledged me for assistance, I had to stop the maintenance guy to help get someone for help. After the first room the floors were so dirty in the first two rooms and the third room there was hair on the bathroom counter. It was so late and I was exhausted, once I notified the front desk immediately about the hair as well as the unclean floors…his response was “How do you notice this stuff?”🙃 Everyone should notice an unclean room especially vinyl flooring… I provided pictures of every event. It was definitely an unpleasant experience and I’ve never experienced this in any other Aloft. Do better with this establishment.
It was a comfortable room with plenty of space the hotel was nice. Wish it had a restaurant.
Children running around hotel at night parents not supervising them shameful. Likely sorts teams traveling in winter.
N/A
As a female travelling on my own I prefer to have a restaurant on site that I can eat in, rather than having to walk elsewhere or having to eat in my room - which would be my least favourite option.
