We booked for a vacation stay with our kids being from upstate Ny in the snow belt really wanting the pool. Got there and the outdoor pool was closed. We asked the front desk if we could cancel and was told that we can cancel thru second party that we booked thru and they would accept the cancellation. Cancellation was never reimbursed. We stayed at another Country Inn in PA and were very happy with it but after this we won’t be booking again with this company.
