Lovely hotel! All staff friendly, rooms were nice. Food was great, both dinner and breakfast. Would stay here again!

A very nice quiet hotel on the outskirts of Albert within easy walking distance of the town centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar was a great place to have a late night drink, and although we didn’t use the dining room the menu looked very good.

Hotel building is lovely and room was clean and comfortable however staffing was awful. On the night we stayed, one member of staff was waiting in the restaurant as well as covering reception and the bar and not surprisingly made several mistakes with our order. Menu is extensive but had only 2 vegetarian options, a bowl of soup and a salad, a vegetable risotto was on the menu but we were told it wasn’t available. Same happened at breakfast when we had to wait for a table to be cleared by the receptionist.

Room very comfortable, situated in the middle of the somme so ideal to visit the memorials we could have stayed an extra day but I misstime the trip and had to move on to Waterloo.

This is a lovely hotel. The inside is welcoming and staff very friendly. We only stayed one night and used it as a stop over. We walked into Albert for our evening meal.
Breakfast is great, lots of it and fresh tea leaves!

Bed en eetgelegenheid waren prima. Slapen met open ramen was niet mogelijk vanwege geluidsoverlast van luchtbehandelingssystemen op het dak onder het raam. Verduisteringsgordijnen konden ook niet geheel dcht.

Koselig hotell. Lett å finne frem og gode parkeringsmuligheter. Mange severdigheter og minnesmerker i umiddelbar nærhet.

Dejligt morgenmad, fint værelse, aftensmaden afslørede at det var lidt tomt. Dårlige engelsk kundskaber, meget lidt viden om området ift WW1.

Great hotel for Picardie tour. Comfortable bed, good AC, nice dinner if you want one.

We had an overnight stay here - the staff were great and the rooms were nice. The breackfast was self services and the options were good. Would stay here again.
