Una buona soluzione per un paio di giorni a Berlino
Pros:

Buona posizione, contesto tranquillo, molti supermercati vicini. Buon compromesso per due-tre giorni a Berlino, sebbene non sia adatto a soggiorni più lunghi.

Pros:

La posizione dell’appartamento è sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza: molto comoda per muoversi e vicinissima al supermercato, quindi pratica per qualsiasi necessità. Anche il prezzo è buono e in linea con quanto offerto. Ho apprezzato il fatto che il riscaldamento funzionasse bene e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di freddo. Inoltre erano presenti carta igienica in quantità sufficiente, sacchetti e fazzoletti a disposizione, dettagli utili che rendono il soggiorno più semplice. Nel complesso la casa avrebbe anche buone potenzialità, soprattutto per gli spazi.

Cons:

Purtroppo la pulizia lascia a desiderare: la moquette era sporca, non solo per l’usura ma anche per macchie recenti, e abbiamo trovato una pentola completamente sporca rimessa nel cassetto. I letti non sono tutti veri letti, ma in parte divani letto, cosa che può risultare meno comoda. Nel bagno, diviso in due ambienti con due lavandini, solo uno aveva il sapone per le mani e l’altro era vuoto e bloccato, quindi non si poteva nemmeno riempire. Per tre ospiti c’erano solo due asciugamani grandi, che risultano insufficienti. Anche il doccino della vasca è poco pratico perché non si può usare liberamente senza rischiare di allagare. Infine, pur essendo previsto l’ingresso alle 15:00, abbiamo dovuto attendere circa dieci minuti prima di poter entrare. Con una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e a questi dettagli, l’esperienza sarebbe decisamente migliore.
