Pros:

В апартаментах было все необходимое: посуда, полотенца , чайник, фен, телевизор. Апартаменты находятся в не плохом месте, в течение полу часа можно дойти пешком до главных достопримечательностей Берлина.

Cons:

Апартаментам требуется косметический ремонт. Все выглядит усталым и из за этого портится впечатление.

Dobrá lokalita - kousek od stanice metra, supermarket hned přes ulici.
Prostorný dvoupokojový apartmán, vešli jsme se bez problémů i se 3 staršími dětmi.
Vše bylo perfektně čisté.
Skvělý informační servis pomocí aplikace Homaris.de - všechny informace pro příjezd a dostupnost ubytování jsme měli předem a kdykoliv k dispozici v mobilní aplikaci.

Cons:

Kuchyň by mohla být lépe vybavená - nádobí bylo čisté a pro 5 lidí na snídani stačilo, ale na větší vaření ho bylo málo (1 hrnec, 5 talířů, 5 příborů...)

Accommodation in a good location if quality doesn’t matter much.
Pros:

Location was really good.

Cons:

The room was quite dirty — the curtains had many stains and the entire carpet was dirty and also stained. Our toilet didn’t flush at first, so I had to contact the staff immediately. I had also booked and paid for an early check-in, but it didn’t happen as it should have, and I had to contact the staff several times before I was finally able to access my room.

La posizione è eccellente, praticamente in centro considerando che vicino c’è la metro cge con due fermate (5 minuti) arriva ad Alexanderplatz

La ubicación es muy buena, ya que tienes tanto el autobús como el metro muy cerca. Esto permite llegar al centro en unos 10-15 minutos de forma rápida y cómoda.

Cons:

No me gustó la falta de higiene en la habitación. Había bastante humedad y el tostador estaba en unas condiciones poco higiénicas. Además, la cama individual era muy fina y bastante incómoda. También echamos en falta una mesa donde poder comer cómodamente. En general, nuestra experiencia no fue buena.

Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt - würde ich nicht wieder buchen.
Cons:

Es gab für 2 gebuchte Personen nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch. Wände zum Teil sehr kaputt, Das Sofa im Apartment war in wirklich schlechtem Zustand. Die Wände sind SEHR hellhörig - es war nämlich sehr laut. Und trotz geschlossener Fenster und Türen war es nicht leiser.
