Horrendous
Pros:

Proximity to UBahn

Cons:

Dirty carpets throughout, unwelcoming approach and hallways. Damaged walls, unkept feeling making the experience uncomfortable. One chair for 5 people. 3 plates, insufficient cutlery. No kettle. 1 pan to cook from. The kitchen is unequipped and dirty. The photos give a basic impression, the reality is so much worse! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Sur l'annonce, il était écrit 9 lits. Quand je suis arrivé là-bas, il y avait 6 lits. J'ai téléphoné pour demander et ils n'ont rien voulu savoir... J'ai montré la preuve qu'il était écrit 9 lits sur l'annonce...

la aplicación para obtener información del cógido de entrada al bloque y luego al apartamento es muy liosa. Cada vez que intenté entrar me solicitaba hacer el check-in y tuve que preguntar varias veces para que me indicaran qué apartamento era el que me tocaba

Pros:

Het was erg goed gelegen, dicht bij veel bezienswaardigheden

Cons:

Helaas werden we elke ochtend erg vroeg gewekt door geboor in anderen appartementen in hetzelfde complex, ook was er schimmel in de badkamer

Very low standard, but good location
Pros:

Good fairly central location, about 25min walk from city centre.

Cons:

Very poorly maintained room. TV, dish washer and 2 fans were broken. WiFi in the building kept cutting off. The carpets, walls, curtains and tiles were heavily stained and the room visibly run down.

Pros:

La ubicación.

Cons:

El apartamento estaba sucio, los ventiladores (porque no hay aire acondicionado) no funcionaban, así que hace muchísima calor. Había obras en el edificio que no se avisaron así que desde las 8am había un ruido insoportable, que se sumaba al de las fiestas de adolescentes en otras habitaciones durante la noche.

Pros:

Cheap, in a good area. Checking in is easy. Bathroom was good.

Cons:

When we arrived the room was till being cleaned. However, the carpet had a huge stain and generally felt dirty. The kitchen, though spacious, does not have an acceptable amount of utilities: no spatula, 3 glasses and 2 pans of which one wasn’t even compatible with the induction cooktop (basically all the cupboards are empty.) In the end it’s acceptable to use as a base to explore Berlin, but nothing more than that.

Pros:

The apartment was clean and spacious and the location was great. It was easy to get in and out and there were nice places to eat close by and a pretty lake close by also. It was easy to get in and out and we had no problems.

Cons:

Two of the 3 fold out beds didn't fold out so the mattresses were level. We had to take the mattresses off and put them on the floor for comfort. The kitchen wasn't equipped with enough mugs or cutlery for our party but on the whole it was great value for money and I would stay here again

Una buena estadía en Berlín.
Pros:

La ubicación. Cerca de estaciones de metro y parada de buses. Además el baño espacioso, cómodo y con buenas instalaciones.

Cons:

El ingreso algo sucio al igual que el ascensor.
