Very dangerous
Cons:

They charge for parking, have a gates but they don’t care if someone get in and stole your car, someone break my work van window and stole all my tools my van was full metal windows nothing saw from outside and they said that happened sometimes sorry in one night I lose over $15,000 on tools, if you stay there and you need to park your car please don’t stay there

Disappointed and disturbing.
Pros:

Room had a very terrible smell. Smelt like wet rug. There was no point talking to staff at reception due to her very poor or lackluster attitude dealing with clients. First impression matters. There was an added fee for packing for just 3 hours stay in the hotel that wasn't relayed upfront. Terrible customer service. Will stay away from that hotel.

Unsanitary environment and terrible customer service experience. Toilet seat was reaped.

Good airport hotel
Pros:

There was a small problem in my room, the toilet flushing is broken and they can't fix it right away. The hotel just give me another room (up grade) room is better. Also hotel provide free shuttle to Oakland airport.
