Disappointed and disturbing.
Pros:

Room had a very terrible smell. Smelt like wet rug. There was no point talking to staff at reception due to her very poor or lackluster attitude dealing with clients. First impression matters. There was an added fee for packing for just 3 hours stay in the hotel that wasn't relayed upfront. Terrible customer service. Will stay away from that hotel.

Cons:

Unsanitary environment and terrible customer service experience. Toilet seat was reaped.

Good airport hotel
Pros:

There was a small problem in my room, the toilet flushing is broken and they can't fix it right away. The hotel just give me another room (up grade) room is better. Also hotel provide free shuttle to Oakland airport.

A take-out food counter not a full service restaurant. No bar. Supposedly temporary as new owners set up services.

Good overall but night staff was terrible.
Pros:

It was clean. It was comfortable. It felt safe. It had useful amenities. The day staff was kind and helpful.

Cons:

The night staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. They put me on hold several times for very long durations.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet!
Pros:

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. We got the rest we needed and then it was time to go. Hopefully, next time we will explore more in the neighborhood if time permits. Thank you for a restful staycation!

Cons:

Oh, there was one thing that I noticed and was actually expecting to receive the small complimentary gifts of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, sewing kit, or shower cap. The body wash gel and shampoo and conditioner were supplied in big bottles in the shower, so that was actually covered.

Great staff great location comfortable rooms and a pool!
Pros:

Desk staff exceptionally helpful and personable. Housekeeping immaculate.
I needed to leave my car for someone else to pick up and front desk staff was very helpful and detail oriented. Thanks to Alex and Emma!

Cons:

Little wear and tear on carpet by door and cement by main entrance. This didn’t bother me but might bug some traveler.
