The carpet in the room was stained. The guy who checked me out had a bad attitude when I asked for a receipt.

I wouldn’t recommend nor stay here again.
Pros:

We checked in on Thursday, May 21st. There was no hot water, we showered again Friday morning, no hot water. I spoke to front desk staff. The no hot water was downplayed. I showered Friday evening, no hot water, I went downstairs and was told . They were sold out and many people were using the water. I gave it the benefit of, went to shower again on Saturday morning, no hot water. Tried hot water throughout day. Again no hot water, not even to wash our hands. The whole trip was no hot water and I paid $500+ to have no hot water. I mentioned dried blood on the top bed spread sheet. The lady stated oh it is ok. They never changed it. So, yea, another case of take your money and you get what you get. I asked for manager and was told the manager would be in touch with me in a few hours. That never happened.

So I never stayed this night, my plans changed and was told I couldn't even change the date to a later date. It's fine, my money spends anywhere. have a great day.

Pros:

Our check-in (late afternoon) staff was friendly, efficient and welcoming. The morning staff was not as attentive or friendly.

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast was okay, but the process seemed inefficient. Not sure why one day we qualified for a complimentary breakfast our first morning and the second day of stay we were not able to have breakfast.

it was not what we expected from a Hyatt.

bed was clean and enough room

Cons:

was lead to believe there was breakfast buffet, nope, my omelet was great, toast, coffee, bacon or sausage was a very high priced add on. My wife's plate was incorrect, when they finally brought her plate everything was cold. Coffee 4.00 per cup ! bacon , $4.00, sausage 4.00. Terrible that my omelet didn't come with toast. Never come back again, asked for a bottle of water at front desk, was told water wouldn't be there for 1 hour. also, came back from zoo around 5pm only to see room had not been cleaned, was told that it gets done every other day

Mother’s Day getaway!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, clean facility and was very happy with the room on 1st floor, as my daughter who was the only person to stay was by herself with a baby. So that definitely made it easier for her to bring her baby & baggage in at one time!!

Cons:

Absolutely NO hot water in either the sink or tub!! She couldn’t give a bath for the baby or herself. She wanted to use hot water to was bottles out to prepare for the next day, let water run & still NO hot water!!

Beautiful facility
Pros:

The room was larger than I anticipated. Beautiful with a nice large bathroom. The shower was amazing and the overall room was in excellent condition and maintained.

Cons:

I wish there was a little bit better lighting or the at least the option for dimming. My curtains were undone at the top and I couldn't block out the city lights or sunlight when I wanted to sleep.
