Family trip good for a nights stay
Pros:

Room was spacious, lobby was very nice, and check in attendant was very welcoming

Cons:

Breakfast was confusing, no one was there, no one served anything, we didn’t even have utensils and then they bring us a bill with a tip, the food was good but someone to at least give you utensils would be appreciated

The lobby smell was like marijuana smell, strange smell till the corridors and rooms.
Restaurant staff very careless not friendly when a guest enter, no welcoming and not even asking what he needs!

Needs deep cleaning
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

My room wasn't ready so they sent me to one on the main level key card wouldn't work walked back to front desk all to get put in a room that was unpleasant with a strange burn in the mirror and very bad staind carpet. Changed rooms again key card wouldn't work again but this time on 3rd floor had to come back down again walked the mile long hall way 6 times before actually getting to a room that I could enter. Bathroom walls looked.like somebody got their head blown off. Took matters into my own hands and cleaned it my self after being ran around so many times. Cleaning crew is obviously NOT doing a good job completely grossed out! Should of been credited for the massive inconveniences. Took photos and video for proof.
