Very Comfortable and homey
Pros:

Breakfast was Wonderful. Loved The waffles. Bed was one of the comfiest beds we've had. Room was great, almost wished we where staying longer (yet we wanted to get back home). Never heard any of our neighbors, or even cars driving by. Loved it! One issue we sometimes have a some hotels, is the availability of a luggage cart, especially in the morning. No problem this time.

Cons:

The need to stay longer. LOL

Tacky old hotel. Can not recommend!
Pros:

Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

Mismatched decor! Heavy hard to open door to my room, vending machine did not work. One toilet paper holder was broken! toilet seat was loose, dangerous for a handicap room. Pounding in the early morning. Scraping feet and furniture above us. Smelled the lumber smells outside! I thought this was supposed to be award winning, but it was just an old hotel! The award was from the corporation that owns the hotel.

Overall stay was fine, our room was clean and the staff was welcoming.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, waffles, potatoes, sausage patties and cereal options with muffins. They had milk, juice and coffee. Other than fruit it was pretty good for free breakfast.

Cons:

Some of the hallway carpets need cleaning or updating. rugs need to be replaced.
