Pros:

Bed was comfortable but your pillows aren't

Cons:

I had asked for one specific room and when I got there that room was still uncleaned. Half the time the TV doesn't work because the wireless system is going out or something's not right. The towels are not soft and some are stained. Half the time I was there I didn't get my wake-up call. The only reason I am continuing to stay there is because it's cheap and close to where I am working.

Convenient, comfy and clean
Pros:

I appreciated that I was put on the first floor.

Cons:

After midnight a baby was screaming in the hallway, woke me up, I later found out it was in the room next to me, and screaming early morning. The rooms are not sound proof, sadly.

Closet with a bed
Pros:

Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Room was basically a closet with a bed. Extremely small, barely enough room to walk around the end of the bed. No fridge, the heater was extremely loud. Bed was not very comfortable. The toilet sat so low I almost felt like I was sitting on the floor.

The place was clean, room was ready on time, noise level low, and the gal at the front desk for check in was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made us feel quite welcome.

Cons:

The knob on the shower was stripped out, and you had to maneuver it a certain way to turn it on. Even then, the water temp didn’t match hot and cold indicators on the knob….so it was trial and error to find the sweet spot. Which, for hot, was just above the coldest indicated temp. I suggest having the rooms routinely inspected by maintenance. Just because a room is clean, does not mean it’s equipped to meet all basic room standards for full-paying guests. This was a staycation for us so, it didn’t really matter. We’re not a couple Karen’s. Just wanted to point the room issue out.

Pros:

The staff here, especially Rachel and Brianna, went above and beyond! Rachel helped me work through a reservation glitch and Brianna helped me with my 'lost' ID by keeping me calm. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy. The continental breakfast, something for everyone. The beds are so comfortable, Ibdidnt want to get up!! Being in Airway Heights, it's the perfect location for early morning flights!

No stairs, bit noisy in the hallways. $200 cash only security deposit if you are "local"
Cons:

We were required to pay a $200 security deposit in cash because we were considered "locals". No credit card, no debit card only cash. They said that when we left the room they would come up and inspect it for "damage and stains". This isn't posted anywhere on the website and they told us that if we didn't have the cash they could direct us to the nearest ATM. We only stayed there because we we have a birthday and dinner for my granddaughter at the Tribe Casino. I told them we would never stay there again and I would tell everyone I could to not go there.
