Very close to av paulista and close to evething

Cons:

I forgot a bag at the hotel. I just realised 1 day after. Nobody told me or texted me.
When I collected it, few make up items were missed and apparently “no body saw it “ very bad situation

Tamanho do quarto excelente, organização impecável e muito fácil para se locomover, pedir Uber, táxi etc. Fica muito próximo a paulista, da pra fazer muitas coisas a pé. Café da manhã com várias opções

Vou demorar muito a retornar, e eleger um outro hotel para chamar de “nosso”

Desde final de 2022, q elegemos como o nosso hotel. No entanto em dezembro de 2025, fomos então toda a família e já tinha percebido um declínio, qto aos itens do café da manhã e o enxoval da cama.
Os funcionários são gentis e a localização APENAS

Cons:

Chegamos às 22h, nos colocaram em um qto com o ar q funcionava, mas estava com uma peça na frente da máquina quebrada e fazia barulho discreto mas fazia. O colchão tinha uma parte mais funda, q ao reclamar disseram q tds eram assim, voltei pra casa tomando analgésicos por conta das tres noites mal dormidas. Em um dos dias chegamos as 18:30 e na tinham feito a limpeza do apto, foi necessário pedir duas vezes para tirarem o lixo do banheiro. O enxoval da cama, velho, muito usado.
