According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Equipe acolhedora e solicita. Excelente localização e seguranca.
Banheira estava com problema na descarga e chuveiro pingando. Mas não atrapalhou a estadia no geral.
A localização é muito boa, muito próximo ao MASP e a estação de metrô Trianon-Masp.
O colchão era bem antigo e já tinha uma depressão. A limpeza das vidraças do quarto também era ineficiente. No café da manhã tb peguei um copo que estava sujo de batom. O café da manhã também poderia ter pães mais gostosos e fresquinhos.
El desayuno muy pobre en cuanto a fruta...... no como otros lugares.

Struttura vecchia, che ha bisogno di una rinfrescata. Stanza pulita e minibar fornito ma una cosa mi ha dato fastidio: la mensola per il sapone nella doccia era arrugginita e sembrava sporca. Non ho mai appoggiato la saponetta li. Può sembrare qualcosa da poco ma non lo è, per il resto l'hotel non è male, ma se lo rinnovassero un po' sarebbe meglio
