According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Из плюсов можно отметить центральное расположение, очень хороший интернет, а также наличие достаточно большого бассейна и более-менее приличного спортзала.
Номера сильно уставшие и требуют реновации. В первом номере стены были грязные, в каких то пятнах, металлические поручни в ванной комнате покрыты ржавчиной, душевой шланг плохо держался на стене и казалось вот вот оторвется. После жалобы предложили другой номер — немного лучше, но проблемы остались: ржавчина на сантехнике, изношенные держатели, шланг для биде в плохом состоянии, постельное бельё местами изношено до дыр. Завтрак не входил в стоимость и при этом оказался очень слабым, что странно при достаточно высокой цене за ночь. В целом отель оставил крайне неприятное впечатление.

O olho mágico deveria ter sido instalado mais baixo. Tenho 1,60 de altura, e nem na ponta dos pés eu conseguia alcançá-lo.

La cama un poco firme
O atendimento da equipe do restaurante se destacou: muito simpática, atenta e competente.
Da limpeza do banheiro: a área de banho (chuveiro) tinha crostas de lodo nos trilhos inferiores, que se desprendiam durante o banho.
O café da manhã era bem diversificado, muito bom. o hotel aconchegante e a localização era maravilhosa.
Eu solicitei um late checkout, confirmei e até ai tudo ok. saimos para passear e precisamos voltar devido a uma situação fisiologica de emergência, corremos para o quarto e ao tentar entrar com meu companheiro passando mal, a porta estava bloqueada o cartão não funcionada, tive que descer correndo para pedir o desbloqueio e conseguir abrir a porta para meu companheiro entrar, isso foi de extremo desconforto e constrangimento.
