According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Limpieza de habitación horrible. La alfombra llena de pelos largos. La habitación antigua. No pusieron shampoo ni acondicionador. Lo pedí y no lo llevaron así que tuve que comprar por mi cuenta. No volveré. Pedí que hicieran la habitación. Demoraron 4 horas en hacerla porque no iban. Incluso salí a almorzar y al volver no la había hecho.
Localização excelente, bem próxima à Avenida Paulista. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com ótimas opções, e os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Tivemos uma experiência muito agradável!
No geral, tivemos uma boa experiência. Apenas a limpeza do quarto deixou um pouquinho a desejar e sentimos falta de toalhas. Fica como um ponto de atenção para tornar a estadia ainda mais agradável.

De WiFi deed soms raar wat tot onvoorziene omstandigheden kon leiden als je een taxi wou regelen in de ochtend. Je moet dan naar de receptie lopen, opnieuw toegang vragen, etc. Maar in de ochtend heb je juist haast om weg te gaan en daarnaast is het druk bij de receptie met mensen die uitchecken.

O hotel tem ótima localização e uma equipe extremamente solícita. Precisei imprimir um documento de 6 páginas e fizeram na hora como cortesia. Café da manhã muito bom.
Esperava mais do quarto pelo preço que eu paguei na diária. Uma banheira encardida, os rejuntes mofados. O secador de cabelo caindo, sem estar grudado na parede... Sinto que falta manutenção.
