preferred the other hotel we had stayed at that was close by
Pros:

Breakfast was not taken by one member of the group but hotel tried to charge automatically. This was rectified quickly by the staff. One member could not come as flight was cancelled.

Cons:

very lengthy checkin process especially as the shuttle buses were arriving together. No facility to eat until check in process was complete as unable to state the room number and by then, only food on offer was the fast food outlet next door.
