Muitos problemas na hospedagem.
Pros:

Da localização, da limpeza do.quarto.

Cons:

- O elevador estava quebrado e não nos trocaram de quarto, mesmo eu pedindo por causa de um problema no joelho.
- Faltou água quente no segundo dia da hospedagem.
- O banheiro é muito pequeno e vazava água do box.
- O alarme de incêndio disparou uma manhã nos acordando, mas era falso.
- O colchão e travesseiros eram ruins.

Schöne Zimmer gute Lage Klimatisiert

Cons:

Fahrstuhl wohl schon länger außer Betrieb, Verzögerung beim Einchecken da nur eine Person für Bar, Koffer hochtragen und einchecken zuständig ! Sehr bemüht, aber für einen Zuviel !

Le personnel tres agréable

Cons:

L'ascenseur était en panne, avec 6 etages, nous avons été prévenu une semaine avant et notre réservation était faite depuis longtemps. Je n'arrive a ce jour pas à joindre l'hotel pour un dedomagement aprés relance.

Pros:

Stacja metra w pobliżu. Przyjazny i pomocny personel. Sprawna obsługa w trakcie zameldowania i wymeldowania. Czystość w pokoju i hotelu. Pokoje były sprzątane codziennie. W hotelu była remontowana winda, ale o tym zostaliśmy poinformowani, także to nie było zaskoczenia.

I made a mistake when booking and booked the wrong dates. I realized about the mistake right away, just a few hours after booking and asked to change me the dates but the management of the hotel did not allow it

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room was spotless, and the location was very convenient. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

Just the big issues the fridge was not the in the room that was big problem next time I hope I will find a fridge in the room

Terrible place. Terrible staff. Terribly equipped. Terrible AC.
Cons:

The room is literally a tight squeeze. My wife and I couldn't find a place to open our luggage which had to stay closed. On our first day, we had to switch rooms 4 times (Literally!). Each time we had to re-pack all our stuff, carry our heavy bags again, make sure we didn't forget anything. My wife was pregnant and we had our toddler with us which made this hell. We lost a whole day in Paris because of this. In each room, there was something that we had to change the room for. The air conditioner was not working and Paris was under a heat wave and the air was absolutely not breathable. The receptionist was extremely aggressive and accused us of the ones being to blame when we complained that changing rooms 4 times in one day doesn't make sense?!
We eventually had to leave the hotel, change the hotel and start searching for a reasonable hotel for the rest of our stay all over, and refunded the whole stay. It was absolutely horrendous!
