The room was old and had a smell like we stepped into 1980's....I'm sorry but also there was a pipe showing and it went along the bottom of wall....I felt creeped out.

Old & tired property in need of renovation.

I found some hair in the shower before I used it for the first time, and the price was a little bit higher than expected

the room is in poor shape

Linens had burn holes in both. The bathroom sink needed scrubbing. Shower had big crack in the floor. The carpet had rips and tears at the bathroom door. The handle to the bathroom was not installed properly with big gaps in the door and would not fasten. The shower rod holding the shower curtain was about to fall off. The toilet paper dispenser was filthy. Curtain hanger left on the window sill. The chair in the room had a child's sticker on it that appears to have been there for years. Two outlets left without cover plates and a child could have been killed. Lampshade had tear in it. Would not recommend it. For the price I paid and it being a prior Ramada, I would have expected lots better. Would have left and refused to pay. Should get refund for at least half of what I paid.

Upon arrival and check in, we went to the deluxe suite. There was a 30 foot by 20 foot pond in front of the door. There was a remnant of a towel that had stuffed under the door to keep the water from entering the suite. When we opened the door all you could smell was Pinesol and moldy carpet. Management knew this suite was uninhabitable and yet they tried to rent in, I feel we deserve we deserve a full refund

The room was a little dirty and there were cigarette burns in the blankets.

Curtains

The room service was poor, cleaning of the room was done only once through my stay including changing of the beddings and towels.

Damp mat causing discomfort throughout

The condition of the room was deplorable. Very old, run down. Not cleaned well. Beside table was dirty, lamps dusty. The screws for the security lock on the door where hanging out and would provide no protection at all if forced even slightly. The chair at the desk was ratty and torn.

Scummy location

The first room I was put in had leak coming from the ceiling. After I was moved I heard shouting and glass breaking coming from the room next to me. After things calmed down and the police left there was a trail of blood in front of my door that didn't get cleaned until the next day. At no point did any staff check on me after this incident.

The doors shut to loudly lol

Everything . It didn't have heat and there was a water leak in my bathroom and then I had to use their towels to clean up the water that could consistently leaf on my floor which they refuse to look at and then there was stains on the towels and they refused to give me my deposit back because of it. Sounds really fair right?
My mother has cancer and is blind whom I take care of on a day-to-day basis and they couldn't even provide me with a room that had heat. So I had to have my friend bring me a space heater just so that my mother and I didn't have to sleep with icicles on the inside of the curtains
