Świetna lokalizacja
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja. Hotel leży w samym centrum, wszędzie jest blisko. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Dostęp do hotelu z poziomu parkingu przy centrum handlowym łatwy. W hotelu jest sporo udogodnień. Jest czysto i wygodnie.

Chyba nie ma nic takiego.

It’s a perfect hotel to stay in Wroclaw ! I’d highly recommend it !
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous, excellent, located closer do the centre city and a quite place, the room is large with good space , beautiful room .The bathroom is large and excellent. The breakfast is exceptional with many variations of food! The staff is kindly , friendly and helpful!

Pros:

Zdecydowanie na TAK.
Pros:

Jedzenie bardzo dobre (śniadanie). W lobby obsługiwała nas Pani której niestety nie pamiętam imienia, ale była przemiła, życzliwa, bardzo pomocna w zamawianych przez nas drinków. Zdecydowanie polecam!!

Zbyt suche powietrze w pokojach, to raczej problem klimatyzacji.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - ich komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum, alles ist schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel ist modern und gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die leckeren und vielfältigen Frühstücke.

Dobry hotel
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko rynku we Wrocławiu. Pokój przestronny i czysty. Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Przepyszna kawa i gofry.

Cons:

W pokoju było zimno. Po wejściu do jego wnętrza terpostat wskazywał 18 stopni. Po ustawieniu temperatury na 23 stopnie przez całą noc zagrzało się do 20. W pokoju jest dodatkowy grzejnik na prąd który włączaliśmy. Kaloryfer w pokoju sypialnym zimny pomimo, że ustawiony był na MAX. Dzieciom było niestety zimno. W pokoju jest duże narożne okno od któe strasznie "ciągło" zimno. Na zewnętrz było -7 stopni. Ogólnie pod tym względem DRAMAT. Mało przyjazna obsługa w recepcji. Reszta na plus.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, blisko tramwaje i autobusy, ktorymi można podróżować po Wrocławiu, blisko galeria oraz punkty docelowe podróży po Wrocławiu.
Bardzo pyszne śniadanie, urozmaicone pysznościami zarówno na ciepło jak i zimna płyta, słodkości do kawy i oczywiście dla dzieci pyszne gofry.

Byłam zawiedziona że mimo zamówionego pokoju dla dorosłych i dziecko dla dziecka nie była przygotowana pościel w pokoju, jak było to w innych hotelach
