The staff were very friendly! Loved our room! The bed was so soft and comfortable! Lots to watch on TV. Shower water pressure was great!

Exceeded Expectations!
Pros:

Very pleasantly surprised! The location was close to where I needed to be while still feeling tucked away; room was very clean and well appointed; staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No USB ports in the room - also couldn't get any streaming services on the TV (but I didn't contact guest services, so this one's on my own laziness).

It was quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient! It was a good value!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. We appreciated the full kitchen and sitting area! It had a very good breakfast with some variety each day and good hours. Check in and check out were easy! It was adjacent to a nice walking trail and convenient to a major highway.

Cons:

Very low toilet.

Only way I’d stay here again is if it’s free

Cons:

Door was broke to get in room. We had just driven 7 hours and had a sick person with us then had to wait in the hallway for about 15 min. Then after getting in and getting comfortable and started to nap… workers came and fixed the door waking everyone up. Should have been moved to another room instantly!

Pros:

I loved the room and the location as it was very close and easy to get too.

Cons:

While there we saw small black bugs (ants or fleas I am not sure ) crawling on the table in one of the bedrooms. I notified the front desk and although I was offered another room but I wasnt sure where they were coming from or if i would have the same problem so for the sake of protection of my wife and kids, I ordered bug spray for the remainder of my stay which kept them at bay until we checked out. Hopefully this was fixed so no one else will deal with that.

Quiet, comfortable mid-level hotel - staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons:

The breakfast nook was far too small. Only 3 2-person tables available for guests. The breakfast food selection was adequate.
