Good budget stay for a quick trip to SD.
Pros:

Good housing keeping. Decent room. Good front desk staff. Right next to blue Line which means I don’t need a car.

Cons:

Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. Breakfast is small and doesn’t have much option.

The location...close to everything

Cons:

As I was waiting to check in I overheard a conversation with a family checking in with the front desk ..Hospitality was very unknowledgeable about what fun activities families can do in the area when asked.. The response was "oh, I don't know". As a hotel your staff should have an idea on where to send your guests to tour while visiting but an "I don't know" response was very unprofessional. It shocked me that the hotel did not offer general information about attractions, activities or tourist activities to tell your first time guests.. My party was 4 girls, we had 2 towels in our room I had to call the front desk to ask for more towels, they only gave us 2 more. Wasn't ok with that.. They should've given us 4 total..I was not satisfied with the staff they need better training in taking care of guests.

Pros:

Has ac working,fridge, and microwave. Have bfast would be better if they add fruits, and pancakes for the free bfast with the hotel provided.

Cons:

They dont clean everyday ,or you have to wait for ur turn to be cleaned and changes bedsheets and towels.My mother inlaw called for room clean up but they said they wont promise to clean it right away and have to wait.

Déçu des photos et chère pour ce que c’est
Pros:

Le fait que le parking soit gratuit. Chambre propre.

Cons:

Le fait que ca fasse motel et que les chambres donnent sur l’extérieur et que ce ne soit pas propre dans les couloirs. De plus notre chambre donnait sur le couloir donc impossible d’ouvrir les rideaux en journées à moins qu’on veuille que tout le monde nous voit dans notre chambre. Je trouve l’hôtel relativement chère pour ce que c’est. Et la Clim mobile fonctionne mais ne refroidit pas très bien même si ça fait l’affaire.

Good price for being right at Mission Bay but keep expectations low
Pros:

Standard room, so grateful for a hotel bathroom with a good fan!

Cons:

This isn't the same standard as other best Western hotels. On par with quality inn maybe. Beds were very firm but the pillows were great.
I arrived at night and had to pause while waiting for local unhoused folks to wander away from the parking lot before I felt safe to even go check in. They were no doubt visiting the 7-11 next door. By day, though, the area felt fine.

Dingy, uncomfortable, and gross place to stay without any basic amenities for the price charged.
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

The bed sheets were not changed and clearly were soiled and smelling from the previous guest’s stay. The bathroom was untidy and the toilets didn’t flush properly. The floor in the room was very dirty and cannot walk barefoot as some grime would stick to your feet. Very uncomfortable and gross hotel.
