This would of been a better stay if we were not charged for extras
Pros:

THe size of the room was nice along with the bed and the accessible bathroom

Cons:

Did not like being nickel and dimed for parking and incidentals.. Breakfast could of been a complementary Continental instead of outsourced over priced Starbucks. . There was only one usb port on the alarm clock. There should be more usb ports to modernize the hotel room. There was not any instruction of the operation of the accessible shower.

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast. Paid parking. Carpets dingy. Noisy facility. Can't get my Hilton honors points. Room door lock malfunction. Bed's not comfortable.

It was nice and clean
Pros:

The breakfast could've had more selections . The location was great . Its right off the highway and there's lots of stores and restaurants in this location . There's also a mall and movie theater.

Cons:

They should've had free continental breakfast . They had stuff for sale and not many selections and we had to pay for parking

You get what you pay for
Pros:

1. Hotel is right against the interstate (ie, loud cars revving engines, honking horns, etc.).
2. We had to ask for room to be vacuumed. Same debris was still on floor after housekeeping left.
3. None of the shower items were refilled (shower gel was empty).
4. The mattress was horrible (wiry and not comfortable).
5. AC is LOUD….. like can’t go to sleep loud.
6. The sofas sit LOW… difficult to get up from.
7. Room keys stopped working.
8. Hallways and elevator were not air conditioned.
9. The accessible rooms do not have fold down seats. IF the shared shower chairs are available, you can ask for one.
10. Carpet is heavily stained.
11. The drawers to the dresser never stayed closed and for an accessible room, this was an issue because the wheelchair would come around a corner and we’d push the drawers closed just to get by.

It was ok. Staff was nice but rooms were not ip to par.
Pros:

It was in a good location

Cons:

They had to switch my room three times. First room- AC wasnt working properly and the toilet was broken. Second room- anta crawling up and down the walls and on the desk and all in the bathroom. Had to repack ip our stuff twice. I had booked a double suite. Ended up with a king suite because they didn’t have any more double suites. I was very disappointed with all of it.

Excellent Stay for a Navy School Graduation
Pros:

We stayed here while attending my son's Navy A School graduation, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel is conveniently located just 10–15 minutes from the base in Goose Creek, making it an ideal place to stay for military graduations or visits.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always accommodating. The complimentary airport shuttle was an added convenience and made our trip even easier.

We also appreciated the on-site dining options. Breakfast and Starbucks were available for purchase each morning, and in the evenings there was a restaurant along with a comfortable bar and lounge area—perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated four people with plenty of extra room. Despite overlooking the pool, it was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. The hotel was also very reasonably priced, offering great value for the quality and amenities.

Several of our family members initially booked another hotel in Goose Creek, but it was so dirty and disappointing that they checked out early and came to stay here instead. Seeing the difference firsthand made us appreciate this hotel even more.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. If you're visiting the Charleston/Goose Creek area, especially for a Navy graduation or family day, I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the worst Double Tree I have ever stayed at. I have stay at 6&

The room was not clean. I had to pay for parking. The staff were curt. I ordered a desert and it took over a half hour and it was almost $20. I was standing in the lobby all that time.

Pros:

Even though we didn't spend much time in the room , but to sleep and wash , it was very comfortable and clean, the hotel it self was in a great location, there were plenty food places and stores around if you needed to grab a late night meal or snack, also the hotel had a full bar, kitchen and Starbucks inside, this would definitely be my go to hotel for anytime I stay in Charleston

Elevators didn’t work, the cart you have to check it by your self, and if you are lucky you will find it, however, I paid deposit for 3 rooms, and up to date I received only for 2 rooms
