It was in a good location
They had to switch my room three times. First room- AC wasnt working properly and the toilet was broken. Second room- anta crawling up and down the walls and on the desk and all in the bathroom. Had to repack ip our stuff twice. I had booked a double suite. Ended up with a king suite because they didn’t have any more double suites. I was very disappointed with all of it.
Clean rooms
No complaints
The room was not clean. I had to pay for parking. The staff were curt. I ordered a desert and it took over a half hour and it was almost $20. I was standing in the lobby all that time.
nothing
EVERYTHING WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS I WILL DEFINETELY STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN I GO TO CHARLESTON!
The place was clean
Paying for parking
Even though we didn't spend much time in the room , but to sleep and wash , it was very comfortable and clean, the hotel it self was in a great location, there were plenty food places and stores around if you needed to grab a late night meal or snack, also the hotel had a full bar, kitchen and Starbucks inside, this would definitely be my go to hotel for anytime I stay in Charleston
Appreciate the entire staff, and especially Mr. Sean’s fellowship. Psalm 91.
Nothing
Elevators didn’t work, the cart you have to check it by your self, and if you are lucky you will find it, however, I paid deposit for 3 rooms, and up to date I received only for 2 rooms
Everything!!!
Facility was very clean and staff friendly and helpful
We did not experience any problems.
It was clean and close to the airport.
The staff was absolutely the most unprofessional and unpleasant group that I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. The only pleasant person was the young lady working at the bar.
Hotel nice & clean. Nadia, the front desk clerk was great! The bartender that night was really good! We ordered food that was actually good
the A/C vent in my room was extremely loud. The front desk clerk heard it over thr phone when I called about it. But I was told there was nothing they could do about it until the next day so I had to sleep with that loud noise all night. That was horrible
The staff was absolutely amazing!
The area was not the greatest area…
Check in ease
Had to pay to park 14.00
Easy to find off the interstate.

Everything
Breakfast wasn't free
Stayed here three nights and was very disappointed to find guests are charged extra for parking in the hotel’s own surface lot. We checked in at 3 PM and still had to pay the full daily parking rate every day of the stay. This is not a downtown hotel with limited parking space.
What makes it worse is there is another DoubleTree in North Charleston only about 10–15 minutes away that offers complimentary parking for guests. We like the hotel itself, but these added fees feel unnecessary and misleading. Future guests should factor the parking charges into the real cost of the stay.
