The property has a beautiful design and is located in a very convenient spot for exploring.
Broken / not available pool shower: The swimming pool shower did not work. Staff told us to wait for a solution but ghosted us and never returned.
• Unacceptable evening intrusion: A housekeeper barged in at 7:00 PM to change sheets. When told no, she argued with me and made excuses.
• Second privacy violation: The next morning at 9:30 AM, a housekeeper ignored our "Do Not Disturb" sign. She knocked once and pushed the door open while we were still in bed.
• Sloppy room preparation: The bathroom garbage was not fully emptied when we arrived. The bedsheets were also not made properly.
• Zero respect for privacy: The staff does not understand that a single knock is not permission to enter. We felt entirely exposed and unsafe.

We stayed at Le Medina for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Immediately upon arrival we were treated with great service from reception, which was welcomed after a long flight then car journey. We felt very welcomed.
The hotel itself is undergoing some renovations, but this didn't impact our stay much and noise was kept to a minimum. The pool area was relaxing, quiet and comfortable with great views - the sun loungers very comfortable with complimentary towels available.
Our room was large with the most comfortable bed, a Nespresso machine and water replenished each day.
Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel itself is in good walking distance to the medina, and has a beach bar opposite the road which was good for evening drinks with a view of the beach at sunset.

Nähe zum Meer und Altstadt, das Zimmer und Sanitär waren gut, meisten des Personals war freundlich. Schöner Innenhof.
Unser (Spezial)-Charger wurde aus dem Zimmer gestohlen, die Rezeptionistin Person wollte es nicht glauben, war unfreundlich. Die gleiche Person organisierte für uns einen weit überbezahlten (privaten) Taxitransfer., war in anderen Angelegenheiten sehr unfreundlich. (Im Unterschied zu ihren Kollegen)
Der Renovationslärm im Hotel war störend.
La gentillesse du personnel, le confort des chambres avec une belle terrasse, la piscine extérieure et l’emplacement.
C’est dommage que l’accès au hammam soit fermé et réservé à l’institut des soins. La piscine intérieure était fermée également.

We didn't stay in the hotel and merely used the beach side lunch venue a couple of times. Good food, extensive drinks menu, friendly serving staff. Very nice.
