Pros:

I was skeptical when reading past reviews l, but this hotel is really nice. It is a little wear and tear but they keep this hotel very clean..The room was always clean when we return from our outings and the gentleman that were the black was very friendly and always checked in to make sure we needed cleaning. The restaurant inside the hotel is very nice and the food that we had was good. Lauren at Starbucks was amazing she got me a special coffee because I was not sure on how to order.. The swimming pool was nice although I did not get to use it my schedule did not permit it. The lobby area is beautiful.. They do have a shuttle to and from the airport which is nice and available 24 hours I think. So yes by all means stay at this hotel nothing bad about it.

Disappointing! Not a 4-star!

Outdated room. It looks like only the furniture has been changed. Old and loud AC. Loud fridge. Found hair in bathroom. Wall paper peeling off the wall. Black stuff between tiles and in corners of the bathroom floor. Stains on the desk chair. Floor feels sticky. How is this a 4-star hotel? The common areas are ok but the rooms need full renovation! The pool was closed. One of the elevators didn’t work. Loud traffic right outside the room. Parking is extra ($10/night). This hotel is not worth the money! I am a Mariott member and stayed at many Mariotts but this is the first time I was disappointed.
