The staff at the restaurant and Starbucks were wonderful

I want to highlight the amazing support I got from the Front Desk, especially from Victoria! She helped me address my room location and was very accommodating.
In addition, the bistro has very dedicated, hard-working and positive employees, including Pebbles, Ashley, Bryanna, and Rochelle. We ate breakfast there twice and ordered snacks, orders were perfect every time and the food was great!
Thank you for making our stay perfectly enjoyable!

The Restaurant staff was wonderful

I cannot say enough about Dontay’s level of customer service! He completely knocked it out of the park. As a Senior Travel Curator; I know, understand, and appreciate exceptional customer service. I had challenges to work through, and he was unfazed by any of them. I am one, happy experience-elevated camper tonight! Marriott, you’ve got a gold mine in Cocoa Beach!

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable as always.

From the time I reserved our room with special requests to our checkin at the front desk with Dawson and Dhara to the renovated clean room our experience was 5 star. To be specific I requested an early checkin and a room far from elevators with a view and the staff was graciously accommodating. When we arrived Dawson told us they were able to meet our requests but the room was not yet available - an hour’s wait. He and Dhara invited us to bring our luggage in, be comfortable, Dhara offered us coffee and Dawson gave my husband our parking pass. In less than 10 minutes Dawson came to us and told us our room was ready. Our room had been renovated, was spotless and at the quiet end of the hall. Housekeeping was terrific when requested. All in all the next time we’re in Cocoa we’ll be staying at this Marriott. Other Marriott properties as well as other hotels could learn from these staff members what great hospitality looks like.

Nice and helpful staff. Rooms are noisy, no sound proofing. Heard someone snoring next door to us all night long! Oceanfront with beach access. Nice pool and bar. Room was clean but need more lights in bedroom and main room.

We were created by Dantay and it was such a welcoming experience. I’ve never checked into a hotel before where the greeting was so upbeat and positive. He even helped us with local information. What a pleasant experience! THANK YOU Dontay for making this Bonvoy member feel special!!

Great stay at this property. Good location - beach access and resturants. Nice property with very good staff, especially Margie for communicating about my reservation in advance and Dawson at the front desk.

Stayed one night prior to a cruise departing Cape Canaveral cruise port. Stay was fine---fast, friendly check in and room ready; room was spacious, recently refurbished, comfortable bed, sofa bed and desk; bathroom was on small side and had tub/shower combo (strongly prefer walk in shower) and only one basin; bistro/bar was convenient. Only issues were: difficult to access entrance to hotel and parking was inadequate (they blocked off quite a few spots on north side of hotel), while desktop PCs in lobby were not working (told to use business center at neighboring Hilton!!!!). Generally a good stay and convenient for cruise passengers.

Great location in Cocoa Beach, rooms are clean. However, this Marriott hotel could be doing more for their guests. They did not provide bottled water in the room or free water in the lobby which many hotels do these days. They did not have lotion in the rooms or any qtips, shower caps amenities. I was charged for parking in their open parking lot. I would say it's a NO FRILLS hotel with higher prices. You can get more for your money elsewhere. We came here b/c we have Marriott Bonvoy points but even that point system is a total gyp; the conversion from money used to points is absurd. Staying with Hilton hotels and holiday inns seems a much better deal these days. They all give free breakfast, coffee and water. Marriott, you need to catch up with the times and do better!

Close to NASA, comfortable beds

We just had an amazing 3 day stay at Courtyard Marriott in Cocoa Beach! All of our family (25 in all) gathered at the hotel for a Thanksgiving/Family Reunion/Life Celebration event that we will never forget! The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool was great for the kids, the TV areas were perfect for football watching, the rooms were very nice BUT the best part of all was April Rocco in the Bistro! She was amazing every morning! We loved talking with her and she made us feel very special…..VIP special! Thank you April! And thank you Courtyard Marriott for making our family gathering one for the books!

The staff are so nice and welcoming. They have a Starbucks I am just a little bummed they do not have free breakfast. The beds are really good. You can also get a beautiful ocean view room if you request it. I would definitely recommend staying here. They also have balconies. (The walk to the beach is 5 minutes)

The Front Desk was awesome. Both Dontay and Leslie were super helpful on check-in. I stayed here two different times in September and the experience was awesome both times.
The location was perfect and the bar/bistro was perfect for picking up drinks, breakfast, Starbucks coffee and quick bites.
