Great location and a truly fancy rooftop bar with a wonderful atmosphere.

The front desk staff are always very hospitable and helpful.
A special thank you to Annija and Olivija for their kindness and professionalism — they truly make each stay even more pleasant.

I almost always choose this hotel whenever I visit Riga, and it consistently feels like a home away from home.

Riga, wie immer eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf die orthodoxe Kathedrale, das "neue" Riesenrad und die Bibliothek.
Sehr angenehmer Frückstücksraum mit guter Auswahl und Qualität.
Gute Lage für alle Aktivitäten; alles fußläufig erreichbar in Altstadt und Centrs.

Cons:

Mehr Zeit in diesem schönen Hotel und in dieser tollen Stadt.

Lieliska viesnīca. Personāls ļoti laipns. Saņēmu arī nelielu pārsteigumu, jo biju apmetusies šeit savā dzimšanas dienā.

Décevant sans intérêt nul !!
Pros:

Le calme, la chambre donnait sur un cul-de-sac à l'arrière de l'hôtel

Cons:

chambre très petite, à part une penderie minuscule qui est pleine avec 2 manteaux, pas de tiroir, pas de rangement ! Durant tout le séjour nous avons dû laisser nos valises au sol ouvertes pour avoir accès à nos vêtements !!
Un mobilier très ordinaire les table de nuit ressemblaient plus à des tabourets ! Un bar vide ! Pas de machine à café vraiment le strict minimum !
Salle de bain à l'image de la chambre, mal nettoyée, des cheveux longs noirs sur le sol, les recoins pleins de poussière
Aucune conciergerie pour aider pour des réservations, le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour renseigner !
Nous sommes allés le premier soir au buffet mais hélas à 21H15 il ne restait plus que le buffet froid, tout le chaud venait d'être retiré sur ordre de la responsable du restaurant, pourtant lorsque nous avions demandé les horaires elle nous avait répondu que le restaurant fermé à 22 h ! Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver les couverts, et de l'eau, celle-ci ayant déserté les lieux !
Le lendemain nous voulions des bouteilles d'eau et à notre grande surprise nous avons payé de l'eau minérale italienne 7 euros la bouteille !! la même dans un restaurant gastronomique était à 5,50 euros !!
Hôtel sans charme, un vrai hall de gare, constant va-et-vient, bruyant !

Hommikusöök maitsev, personal sõbralik ja abivalmis. Vanalinn mõnusa jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Hotelli läheduses asub piisavalt poode ja söögikohti.

Cons:

Parkimiskohti on hotelli lähedusse keeruline leida, Europark on kallis (öö maksis ca 28€). Parkisime hommikul kaugemale ja 24h maksis 18€.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, guiding us in our decisions and making the whole experience truly memorable. When we arrived at the hotel, I didn’t know what to expect, as it was my very first time staying at that place, but as a compliment we were offered a room on one of the highest floors (18th) with an unforgettable view of Old Riga.
This small trip felt perfect in every way, and much of that was thanks to the wonderful staff. I was also very impressed by the spa center we visited on the second day — in terms of relaxation, it’s one of the best places I’ve ever been.

I will definitely come back again!
